At Rolling Hills Care Center, our skilled nursing care and fast-track therapy programs help accelerate the healing process; our comfortable and warm facility makes it a truly pleasant experience.

Rolling Hills' long-term care program addresses the specific needs and interests of seniors and other long-term care patients. We believe that individuals who require long-term care deserve to enjoy the gift of a quality life as much as possible. Respite Care Report

Admissions Report

Rolling Hills accepts admissions seven days a week. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and many insurance plans, as well as private pay. Our Director of Admissions can assist you with insurance and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and help you in maximizing your benefits. Our staff works closely with hospitals, doctors, discharge planners and social workers to ensure a smooth and easy transfer to Rolling Hills Care Center.

I had an interview here earlier today for a Registered Nurse position. Everyone who I talked to were all super nice and I was impressed that they rapid COVID tested me before I was able to enter the actual building. I definitely felt safe and felt good vibes throughout the place.
