I am a solo practitioner with a small office and thus limited resources. I have used a large billing company in the past and I was small fry that got lost in their giant ocean. Getting answers to questions and getting problems resolved was atrocious. I love the communication at Medical Management. To me, they are 5 stars because I can get my answers and solve my problems without going crazy!
