Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) with methadone has been used for more than 50 years as the leading treatment for opioid addiction. Buprenorphine, commonly known by the brand name Suboxone, is used to treat opioid addiction and prevent the misuse of illicit opiates. Change begins today. Take the first step and contact the BAART Programs location nearest you for more information or to make an appointment.

BAART Programs offers medication-assisted treatment, counseling and supportive recovery services at 35 locations in 9 states, as well as partner locations across the country.
Services
BAART Programs began providing drug treatment services to several hundred heroin users in San Francisco in 1977. Today, BAART Programs is a multi-site, multi-service organization, with over 40 years of experience providing opioid use disorder treatment and supportive recovery services to patients across the country.
When administered at a proper dose by a licensed professional, methadone will not make you high. Buprenorphine, commonly known as Subutex or Suboxone, offers a more flexible form of medication-assisted treatment. Unlike methadone, buprenorphine has a ceiling effect, which prevents people from misusing it since it doesn't allow people to feel any euphoric effects.
BAART Programs caring, understanding staff is here when you are ready to make a change in your life. To begin a medication-assisted treatment (MAT) program, call or email us to determine if MAT is right for you. If the individual is eligible, a comprehensive intake assessment will be scheduled as quickly as possible based on availability.
Medication-assisted treatment is shown to be most effective when supported by substance use counseling as a part of a comprehensive recovery program. BAART Programs utilize the skills, knowledge and experience certified addiction counselors to help guide and support our patients on the journey to long-term recovery.

Wow, I was reading the very few reviews. Rules are rules. You get the leaflet/package when you first start the Process at Baart. You can travel, visit family in a different state which I have done many a time. There are proper channels you must go thru to get approved. You first talk to your immediate assigned Counselor. Then they review your record/UA's, Attendance.

If I am not mistaken Dr. Brooklyn has the final OK. Then no problem. I am 100% Positive YOU DO NOT GET CALL BACKS when You do the Proper steps which are clearly outlined in the Agreement You/We signed from the beginning. I have been with Baart since 2015 transferred to St. Albans in 2017, I have a 100% perfect clean record/file. You/I do not get special treatment because of this.

Yes it counts for alot. But rules are rules you want to be away even for 2 days and went thru the correct process YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET A CALL BACK (Guaranteed))) So all you people that cry and try and lay blame on the Awesome Counselors at St. Albans Clinic need to get a grip. It is quite a simple process. This Program has saved my Life PERIOD.

I travel wherever and when ever I need to, ,,,b ut The rules require at least 2 weeks if I remember correctly. before said trip to dot all the I's and cross all the T's.to get your doses approved and ready to travel with you. I mean come on to complain about this is a totally ridiculous waste of every ones time. I laugh to myself when I see supposed grown adults act like they are in Grade School.

But it's all good their are many people on a waiting list to take your place that will be thankful as I am for getting this chance to Live and Fly right. No Cry Babies Needed, lol, lol.

My road with a batty is bittersweet. I have been a client with them for a couple years now I have almost a perfect record with them. I recently had some issues that are concerning and I feel there is a moral and ethical adjustment that needs to be made in Saint Albans Barts compass. Being in the program has allowed me to live a better life but unfortunately I can't even go camping with this new better life and not pay for it after being a great idle patient.

I had recently gotten a seasonal camper in Kampersville which has absolutely no cell service. So I took the time to go down to have consolidated hook my phone up the two days while I was down there taking care of business I get a callback from Bart it is in the policy that we be able to be contacted at all times so while doing this I get a call back completely completely innocent.

You would think that a perfect client with no issues at all. Would be excused for such a simple and understanding situation. I feel like somebody at the office has something to flex about I'm not sure but shame on them shame shame shame on them I can't take my little boy camping for two weeks through our vacation because I have to come back every day please Lord. Shame shame shame
