Great experience overall! My family and myself had Rapid PCR Covid tests after being exposed - and CML handled everything from the testing to communicating the results in a swift, professional, and time efficient manner. Highly appreciated, and would definitely recommend!

Was sent a bill from this place from tests what we're supposedly done months ago. but i've never even been to this facility nor had those tests done in my life. This place is probably a scam. I can't even get on the phone with them to figure out why they have my information. May be speaking with law enforcement soon.

This place has the worst billing department. They don't know what they are doing. Submitting dozen claims for one day, billing each lab test separately with all wrong or missing codes, resubmitting claims under three different names with wrong codes again. I am receiving random bills from them for processed, reprocessed claims. There is no way to track what is paid or not paid.

I should have zero balance for preventative labs if claims filed correctly, but they are not doing their job. To get someone on a phone is close to impossible. They will never call back and not fixing their errors. My provider now stopped using them. I will talk to all providers I ever meet to avoid this lab. There are may others, who do their job right from the first time and treat their customers with respect.

This place has the worst billing system I have ever experienced! Each thing they test is billed separately and after two months, I keep receiving random bills for different tests! No one picks up the phone to answer questions & no one calls back after you leave a voicemail. I even faxed over my insurance information & asked to receive a call back to make sure everything is straight & insurance is billed. Once again, no call back! Awful awful customer service!
