I used to be a Director of Social Services and previously used HealthDrive's services for the residents of our long term care communities. I loved the extra support, reports they offer the staff, tracking tools & most importantly the above and beyond care with my residents. For the Indiana providers that treated our residents, I received a lot of compliments and kudos for each of the providers that came into our communities.

I loved HealthDrive so much, I chose to change my career and work for them. HealthDrive's level of compassion & quality of care is not matched by any other company out there that offers ancillary services to residents in long term care. HealthDrive is not perfect, nor do we advertise that we are. We make mistakes like any company does. But we are eager to fix, resolve and offer resolutions when we are at fault.

I love the internal support offered at HealthDrive for the long term care facilities we service. Again, from experience of using multiple ancillary companies in my past as a social worker, you do not get this level of support from anyone else in the industry!

I have worked for HealthDrive since summer of 2017. I have enjoyed and thoroughly appreciated the support and resources afforded to me. I am compensated very well for the work I perform. During times of financial stress, such as the pandemic, HealthDrive extended support to their employees. I have worked in this arena both independently and with other employers and I can confidently say that HealthDrive provides superior podiatric, dental, vision and audiology services to our country's seniors.

My mother had dental service done and the invoice was sent to her to pay, even though she had dental insurance. The invoice stated that she had none. Even thought I had no EOB from her insurance company denying coverage, the company first told me the claim was outright denied, then changed the story to her coverage was effective two weeks after the service (even though she has had the coverage for years) and then finally to someone must have made an error and they will submit for insurance.

I realize that they will be paid in full if paid direct, but will get a deduction when paid through insurance. I feel like this company is scamming the elderly, hoping that they are not financially astute and will simply pay the bill.

I live in a nursing home, in New Haven Ct. Christine was my hygenist and I thought she was professional and kind. This was the second time I saw her for my teeth. I should of typed a compliment last time.

My mother was in a nursing home this past November and this service was offered to her for dental check-up and cleaning. No dental hygiene work was performed during her visit; only a cursory review by a dentist that lasted no more than 5 minutes happened. She is now being billed for $193.00. This is an excessive charge for the work. I am concerned that many other elderly people are also being taken advantage of with what feels like a scam.
