Call to get a general idea of when my son could be seen if brought to the ER as his daycare stated he needs to be seen sooner rather than later. Could not give me any type of general ideas so trying to decide between there and other locations to send my wife and child to. Completely ridiculous

Took my husband to the E/R for a urinary blockage. The staff was very friendly and professional at the same time. They truly cared about my husband's well being. This is a great facility. Special thanks to Summer, Dr. Cox and Dr. Whatley and the rest of the staff that assisted.

Some of the nurses are sweet.but not all. I had a bad experience today. I had chest pains.asked for help.they tell me their busy. I fell to the floor and almost passed out.if I would have died they wouldn't have been able to help me! They shouldn't take on more people than what they can handle.if they don't have the people to help.this is the worst hospital I have ever been too!

Never go to Anderson Emergency Room they're a joke and take your illnesses/mental health as a joke they'll push you out the door like they did us for the 8th time. Someone died due to the neglect of staff and staff ignoring you and tell you that your wrong when you see your husband's blood pressure dropping from Normal to low. Definitely will be filling a report. Sick of how they're treating us

I went in on the advice of my doctor (after hours) with an ice-pick migraine. I cried out, involuntarily, when the migraine pains stabbed. After a couple of hours waiting for care (including hearing the woman next to me being treated for a UTI and released), a nurse came in to tell me to be quiet. She stated "You need to quit this hollering. There are OTHER PATIENTS, ok?

You are being disruptive to other patients!". I was horrified, but was only able to respond by leaning over and vomiting due to the pain. She huffed and left. Eventually, I was seen by a doctor and given pain meds. I'm not accustomed to taking pain medicine but it helped. I won't go back unless I'm unconscious or incapacitated. Such a traumatic event.

A lot of frustration here and yes, the care could be faster but that is not the doctors or nurses fault. They have red tape and so much paperwork to do before they can do anything. The doctors and nurses chose this profession to try and help, and they are trying, anmed the corporate side plays a big role in this, idiots not taking safety measures to stop covid are another.

If it only affected them, the problem would sort itself out. People using the ER for a doctors office or trying to get pain pills are 99% of the problem. Cut those two out and it would be a lot better.

I had to wait a while to be seen and that part is the only issue there was, but ER is a wait everywhere. Every single person on staff that worked on my case were absolutely amazing, from admission to discharge. I've recently changed my care from Prisma to Anmed, and I could not have made a better decision. I'd recommend this hospital to anyone.

It really depends on the time of the day and the day that you come. Last time I was here it took over 6 hrs for me to even be seen, I tried to go Thursday and they told me there was no point because there was 27 ppl ahead of me, this time I went in at 8 and was out by 12. but once they get you back they're actually really nice and good in my experience. Slow, yes very but they have a lot to do and a lot of people to take care of at one time.

Please remember they can't control how many people come in or how staffed they are. My nurse was very sweet and took my blood really good. I loved the doctor that was there more than any other doctor I've ever been seen by in there. His name was Russell Marcus I think. He really cared about me and my situation and was eager to answer every question I had. Was pleasantly surprised this time around

If I could leave zero stars I would. Was discharged early this morning from the ED. I get home and I was discharged with someone else's discharge instructions and paperwork. I now have their personal information and I'm sure someone else has mine (HIPPA VIOLATION). I then log on to mychart to see if I actually have discharged instructions and Dr Joseph Millwood has put in my patient notes that I became irate and left the emergency department!

At no time did I become irate during my visit, and a nurse gave me paperwork to sign and took out my iv. I have tried calling the ED number and cannot get an answer. Not to mention they brought me to a room that had dried blood all over the floor.which clearly shows how well they clean during a pandemic

This ER is a joke. Most staff literally just sit around & act like they don't have patients in the hallways waiting for a room. I had to be very deliberate and persistent for them to do anything for my mother, who fell and injured the left side of her body. Some nurses & doctors are very rude & do not have good attitudes. They act like you're bothering them if you ask them anything.

It's also very dirty. I understand that the medical field is messy, but this is really unacceptable and unprofessional for a hospital. I wouldn't take my pets here & I really hate that this is the closest ER.
