Dr Tavel Family Eye Care

After my husband had a great experience getting safety glasses for work here, we decided to switch to them for our regular eye care. The staff was very nice and the doctor was able to give me information about an issue with one eye that I was born with that no one had ever told me about before! The staff was super helpful in helping us pick out new frames, being genuinely excited for the style and color we picked just as much as we were!

I took my daughter for her eye check yesterday and we leave very happy we had a great service, the optometrist was super kind and professional, and the lady who help us did an amazing job

They take almost all insurance. My insurance with them covered my entire eye exam. Also, they offer lenses and frames at reduced/wholesale prices. They're prices are better than even my vision plan! Also, their customer service is excellent. No hassle scheduling. On-time appts. Dr. Aumage even recommended an eye drop that whitens the cornea! Would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable but quality eyeglasses store.

Optometrist was very kind. Front staff seemed to have a good vibe with each other. Will definitely stick with them.

I went with a friend, I was not a customer this day. I only observed. Only one person waiting for an eye exam. Every employee I saw was actively engaged with customers. Yet I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance (twice). My friend had an exam (appointment scheduled prior) received his new Rx and picked out frames and we were out in about 30 minutes! Based on efficiency and organization this Dr. Tavel is one of the best places in service to customers I have witnessed in many years.

In two weeks the lenses were made for the frames. My friend was away, I offered to get his frames so when he returned he could get the quickest relief from eye strain and headaches. The (new) young receptionist seemed hesitant since the glasses were not for me. Signing that I received them, allowing them to copy my drivers license and I was on my way in about 15 minutes.

Seriously had the best experience yesterday. The staff was great helped me fix an old pair of glasses and help my son pick out a couple of new pairs. The were kind, non judgmental. Seriously the best!

This was BY FAR the BEST eye Dr visit I've EVER HAD! Staff was AMAZING & SO FRIENDLY! They all went above & beyond to help me find the perfect frames!

I was a few minutes late for my appointment and they still saw me. The entire staff team was nice. I loved how helpful they were with picking frames for my face shape. Thank you

I'm convinced these 5 star reviews are paid for. The big, male optometrist, as well as the older lady at the front desk, treated me and my child horribly. I never wish bad on others, but they way they treated us had me absolutely flabbergasted and embarrassed and I hope no good thing in life ever comes to them ever again. There is no reason you should treat a child that way. I am so glad I didn't give them a dime of my money. DO NOT listen to these fake reviews and DO NOT take your child here!

Dr. Venezia and the staff were all so kind & helpful. They really made me feel at ease & showed genuine respect for the patients.

The staff was very helpful. Even locating insurance information they were calm and very helpful. The service was Awesome for lack of a better word.

Despite having multiple customers come in at a single time, the staff was extremely professional and had me i and out within an hour. I was very impressed with my visit and their selection of frames!

I absolutely love Nick Aumage at Dr. Tavel. This is my regular eye doctor for many reasons but mostly because they are great! I took my 3 year old daughter to have her eyes looked at for the first time, this past week. Dr. Nick did so amazing with making sure she was happy, comfortable and having fun throughout her appointment. We all really enjoyed it and had a few laughs during the appointment. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to go here and we will be visiting again soon.

I Love Dr Tavel Family Eye Care. The eye doctor and entire staff take time to explain all your needs. They have a beautiful selection of frames including designer frames and very helpful making sure your prescription fits exactly what you need. I would advise any and everyone to choose Dr Tavel, I have been with them for over 5 years and plan to continue they deserve 10

The staff was super friendly and informational. If you were uncertain about which frames you wanted they can give you advice on which ones fit your face better. And they tell you about any promotions that you'd be eligible for. For example: my appointment was on Sept16 and I have 6mo to go back and use a promotion to get a reduced price on contact lenses exam, and until the end of the month to go back and get a second pair of glasses for a reduced price as well. Definitely would recommend going to Dr. Tavel
