I had a horrible experience with Lily not sure if she's a nurse or not but she kicked my dad out of the hospital (I was just discharged him from emergency) then she keep asking me to wear mask even though I'm sitting in a room with door close with my mom, already test negative for COVID and I'm not even near anyone. Good job Lily keep it up. no wonder why the Hospital rating is like that. SMH

Really nice staff, made light banter with me while I was feeling horrible which actually made me feel a lot better. And my doctor did an amazing job being able to hook me up to an IV with my extremely small veins.

DO NOT COME HERE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED AT A HOSPITAL. I was scheduled here for a physical/ drug test at 2:00 PM for a new job I landed. I arrived on time and was asked to sign into a clip board, so I did just that. It took 35 mins for me to have my name called just to "officially sign me in", by this time it's now 2:35, and I'm just getting my information down even though I've been here for 35 mins!

Another 10 mins go by and I decide to go up to the counter and ask what's going on, as it now 2:45, and I have yet to be seen. The medical assistant (Latina woman) gives me the weirdest look in the world and tells me it doesn't matter what time my appointment is at, and if I don't like it I can simply reschedule the appt. She was rude, hostile, and completely disregarded my original appointment time.

If you guys aren't going to adhere to your original appt times, why even bother giving them out?! As a medical provider, you should never give a customer the death stare and then proceed to tell them they can reschedule the appointment if they're upset about the fact that they're not being seen at their original appt time. The sad part was that it wasn't even a busy day, and there were multiple medical assistants on sight who could've provided me with the necessary attention so that I could could get seen on time.

I didn't get seen until 4:00! All in all, my original 2:00 o'clock appointment ended up taking an extra two hours. I didn't walk out of that place until 4:10 PM! I will NEVER come back here and be sure to tell all of my friends and relatives to never come here. Terribly ran business! The workers here aren't nice, punctual, or helpful! I'd give them a half a star if I could.

Terrible. I waited 2 hrs at the waiting room. Then finally when I was called to a room I waited in the room for over 2 hours. Never coming here again. They say they're busy with ambulances coming in but waiting in the room I saw only one EMT bring in a patient during the 2 hrs I waited in the room

The lady who drew my blood in the ER messed me up and didn't listen when I told her she was hurting me. I cried for half an hour after they drew blood and didn't ask if I was ok until I asked for an ice pack And then tell me they have to draw more blood for whatever reason. Never have I felt that pain in my life when getting blood drawn. The second time was nothing compared to the first and I didn't end up w a bruise like the first.

They practice balance billing, which is against the No Surprise Act. I went to the ER, and I checked to make sure they were in-network and they still charged me for both in-network and out-of-network services. St. Rose was in-network and I was charged by NES Western Group for the same ER visit. NES has the same address as St. Rose.

ZERO STARS This hospital's emergency department is absolute garbage. Expect to wait at least 5 hours (we waited 7 hours)--only to be turned away because they didn't have what was needed to treat my daughter (removing something from her nose). Yet, they still had the audacity to bill me $1,200. FOR WHAT? Children's hospital removed the object from her nose in less than 10 seconds by the way--so it was clearly not a tedious or difficult process. The women who works in the financial department is great though, and very helpful. However she unfortunately cannot dispute unnecessary bills.

This place is a nightmare! My doctor ordered a breathing test for me at their place, So I booked the appointment, once I got there, there's a admitting room with some bureaucratic people asked me to register, acting like "you in my turf now, " then, they said your appointment is not now but two weeks later, and no other time available! Sadly I left for a 50 minutes drive to home, but been coughing over a month without treatment, I humbly call again asking for an earlier appointment, she said come now!

So I gratefully drove another 50 minutes with tears in my eyes. Checking in again, the bureaucratic lady said I can't do the test because they need to get the doctor authorization and will take 2 weeks! What? I came two times today, you telling me now? I don't understand, why they hate people so much? Due to the medical needs, I call my doctor for a solution, she said forget about them, go some whereelse. So I went to other place and get the test in 3 days. whoever out there to see them, please tell them what I said, and let them know they are terrible!

They made my mom wait for 2 hours in the freezing ambulance before admitting her to the ER because the medic said the ER was full. When my mom got discharged, they did not provide any medications for her to take home for vomiting and diarrhea. I even asked the nurse on the phone if they could give her something and she wouldn't. She literally told me to get something for it at the pharmacy when it was 4 am!

Nothing is opened. Then to make matters worse, when l went to pick her up, I called the ER to tell them I'm here but they put me on hold 3 times for so long and never told me where to pick her up. The lady on the phone in the ER yelled at me for no reason when its their own fault for not even communicating anything with me. They didn't even provide a wheelchair for my mom to the car.

They made her walk in the freezing cold at 4 am with no shoes, no jacket, and no one to accompany her. She was admitted for fainting/loss of consciousness so how could they let her walk alone like that? St Rose Hospital use to be good back in the early 2000s but now this place has gone down hill with staff who are not empathetic at all.

Ana at the Triage Window an elderly hispanic lady. Lets in the hispanics in first and ignores non hispanics patients. You'll be waiting past 4 hrs if your non hispanic. Hispanics will walk in and you've been waiting there for 4 hrs and she puts them priority regardless of their simple conditions she lets them in before non hispanic. Non Hispanics are being ignored by Ana. FIRE ANA THIS IS ILLEGAL! and should be investigated.

To my wife in because she has been vomiting and not able to eat for two days. Hospital gave her pain and nausea meds via injection and ran tests that came back negative. They discharged her with no medication or prescription for the nausea. Have to go to another doctor now. If you're sick or in pain this isn't the place. They just want to get paid and send you home!

This hospital is horrible, you came there for the ER, because I am in pain and their x-ray machine broke down, how do you want to do business? Then you had to wait for hours and the pain medicine, you are not getting right away, they gonna send the medicine thru mail

I've been to restrooms in gas stations that are cleaner than this one. It's filthy! When I mentioned it to the person at the lab where I was waiting, she just shrugged. Couldn't even give a professional response. Waited almost an hour for an X-ray and there was nobody before us

My sister went to the ER to get checked because we were worried she may have had pneumonia. She sat around for hours after getting an X-ray and they gave her more than 1 COVID test (because they lost the 1st one they gave her) and discharged her without any information about her tests. The nurse told her to call the ER within a few hours if they did not get back to her.

When she called, everyone she was on the phone with was extremely rude and curt to her, when all she wanted to know was the results of the multiple tests they ran on her. If you have an immediate emergency, this is not the hospital to go to.

The CEO is horrible! Amon Duper (CEO) walks around like he's king. He doesn't care about staff and his ego is huge! He cares more about the way the hospital looks (inside) then the staff or patients. St. Rose is stuck in the 1970's. They can't retain young, forward thinking staff. New grads come to get experience and leave after a year.

They don't foster growth or new ideas. Administration is old. Pay is terrible and those departments that are doing great, are unrecognized. Even those that appear to care (Rozanne O'Keefe, DON) don't. If your not nursing, your nothing. Professionalism is unheard of. Loud, mean, old school directors in the ER and Radiology think they "run the show" and the DON feeds right into it.

Politics and red tape are at the heart of St. Rose. Staff are unhappy and when they finally get someone who cares, they leave because they aren't cared for, recognized, and aren't compensated. A terrible place to work and get medical care! Don't go!

A family member had a hip replacement surgery here recently and we were very happy with the care that was received, from the security personnel to the nurses, doctors and therapists. Everybody seemed to know what they were supposed to do and were informative and helpful. We had no complaints, it was a very positive experience.

The hospital is so ehh. I guess that is the only way I can sum it up ER: long wait times and not so friendly front line staff ER nurses: (the one we got) Really nice, like they actually like their job and want to make you feel at ease while you are here Security: hit or miss, some are really nice and greet you, others are rude and snarky Covid: everyone must wear a mask and sanitize. Visiting hours are 10-2 and 4-8.

One visitor at a time. No one under the age of 16 able to visit. Cleanliness: Its nice and clean. Some rooms are nicer than others but the remodeling is making it look great. They do not clean rooms daily or mop regularly so while the rooms have patients you can just imagine how the floors look, we requested the floor to be cleaned several times and it was only swept once. Observations: We told the doctors and nurse that my mother started having weakness in her right arm after she had been in the hospital for a week for leg weakness on the same side and they continued to say that it was normal and that they would monitor (basically just wait and see if it goes away or get worse) rather than actually test what was going on. Had they have done that they could have prevented the stroke that she had 7 days into her stay there.

Speed and urgency: Very slow, it took them 10 minutes to bring the doctors and call code for my mother when I alerted them that something was wrong and my mother was not responding (within seconds of noticing a change). When patients buzz the nurse station they say that they are coming and come 10 minutes later after shutting off the buzzer. CNA: When it comes to bathroom needs they drag their feet.

People are not wetting themselves on purpose so please help them go to the bathroom or put them on a bed pan before they have no choice but to have an accident on themselves. Nurse: It is a hit and a miss, you get some really nice ones and some that just want to rush through with you to get to the next patient. My mom was hospitalized back in May and June but I still remember Brianna, she was amazing!

The sweetest nurse ever. Doctors: I do have to commend the doctors who called me bi-daily to update me on my mother and what was going on, they allowed me to ask them questions Food: A huge miss for vegitatians, makes the saying that hospital food is bad stand its ground. Same thing daily Therapist: Really nice and they want to work with you. Although they could talk you through the process of what's going on and what you can do while they are not there with you. Cost: EXPENSIVE! The bill that we received was crazy!

This hospital is a joke. The intake nurse was rude and the ER doctor on duty wasn't helpful. He told me there wasn't anything to do but take antibiotics for an open wound that was bleeding and had exposed flesh. They gave me a prescription and checked me out. It's ridiculous. The could've at least cleaned and wrapped up the wound not send me away with a leaking open wound.

I would like to send a HUGE shout out to the baby ward staff. Jason and I had our little miracle on Christmas Day and the stay there and care was outstanding. With the Corona pandemic going on, we were worried like everyone else, but the hospital staff was so professional, kept everything sterilized and safe. We both were fed during our stay and taught some helpful tips and tricks about being new parents.

I also liked that a lot of the staff have been there for many years. That's a great sign of not only being treated well by the hospital but also by their teammates. When the nurses had their shift changes, they communicated very well with one another and our needs. They all knew what was going on and we were very calm during our stay. I was very pleased with how they were like family with each other and made us feel like family.

It was hard for us to leave the hospital but we had to go learn how to be a family of 3. We definitely will cherish the memories that were made at St Rose hospital. I recommend that if you're in the area and are having a baby. check out St Rose hospital. Thank you all so much and 5 stars to all of you! Stay healthy and safe

This is one of the WORST HOSPITALS EVER! IF YOU SEND A FAMILY MEMBER HERE THEY WILL DIE! I can't stress this enough. The nurses are very rude and good luck trying to call them for information. One of the nurses refused to give me her name and hung up on me multiple times. Do not send your friends or family here they will be mistreated and disrespected as will you. Horrendous service. It baffles me they allow such unacceptable behavior here. Horrible customer service just no care what so ever. I

I wish I could give a negative rating. Had to take my husband for a Kidney stone, with terrible pain. I went. to counter and they had one paper to fill in. I did the needful and my Husband started with terrible pain and he wanted to puke. I went to the counter to ask for a bag. The lady on the counter whose name is Anna L so such a brat and rude person.

She rather than listening to what I am asking for started yelling. She said take your seat and I have too much work. My husband collapsed in his chair, and she came out yelling with a vomiting bag, I told her that she was very rude, and she needs to watch her behavior. I asked for her name and again she started yelling why do you need my name? I said well you need coaching.

She called security on me and I was surprised when the officer said I am a threat to hospital security. I stepped out quietly. To my surprise, a couple of unknown people who were in the mask asked what happened. I showed this lady from glass and both the people said that she has been rude and a brat and they are surprised that Hospital is still tolerating her.

One person. gave a hospital no to complain. This 1 star is to super helpful security gentleman and a lady there. I was outside and they did everything in their capacity to help my husband. The security lady asked me what happened, I told her that I asked for a vomiting bag and she yelled at me. The lady said that was not what she was told. What an abuse of power!

I always have praised all the medical and para-medical workers on my radio shows and my articles, but idiots like her, malign some good people. I got a call from Hospital to follow up and apologize.
