While promoting t-he most up to date care, using today's latest technology and thorough specialty training, we strive to preserve the type of compassionate care that some have relegated to a bygone era.
Below is a list of the current insurance plans that we are participating network providers. It is imperative that you contact your insurance plan to verify that we participate in you specific plan. Your selection, your employer or the insurance company may have many variables that determine if we are on your plan or not.

I've been seeing the Doctors and Nurse Practioners here for over 20 years. They are all excellent in their field and follow up with the patients after they are seen in the clinic. I recommend all the Healthcare providers in this Clinic highly!

Worst customer service! I've been trying to 2 weeks to get a prescription refill. The pharmacy can't get ahold of the office because only the answering service answers phone calls. I've left messages to be called back and no one returns my calls. I've had to go to urgent care to be seen when I'm sick. I am fully vaccinated and they still refuse to see sick patients. What is the point of a doctors office that won't see sick patients? Telehealth doesn't work!

Well, after 27 years this wonderful family oriented practice chose to quit us in favor of a substandard policy, of which that company offered to close the coverage gaps by selling us aflac type policies for a great deal more money and still for coverage that did not come close to what the original policy covered. A very sad day for us having this relationship severed due to the new investor/owner/administrator selecting a different primary provider for their patients who chose to maintain their long term relationships.

By the way, the company that they chose for these patients begins with the letter H, and the company that provided far better coverage and at a better cost begins with the letter U. During this unfortunate process we have discovered that there are some very good choices for replacement physicians out there. Though this move appeared to be unpleasant during the process, it may prove to be the better for us. - - - - - - original submission - - - - - - Me and the fam have been going to North Country since 1995.

They were as good then as they are now. Superior in every aspect, professional, and take the time required to assure that all your questions are answered and all procedures are explained thoroughly. Thank you for taking such good care of me, the fam, and many many of our friends. They are a life long family practice. And for the past couple of years I have had the pleasure of getting to know Dr David Wilson, what a knowledgeable and caring physician.

And I thought that Dr Dotti was the best, he did awfully well placing Dr Wilson on Staff. Thank You Dr M Dotti for that. Been through many an illness and health situations with these folks in the past, and I feel very well assured about my health care in the future.

I have been coming here for over 20 years and have NEVER had to wait this long. Currently 1 hr 5 min past my appt time for labs and still waiting.

I've been a patient here for over 15 years, and the service has steadily declined to the degree of deserving 0 stars. From the lack of customer service at the front desk, to the M.A.'s and nurses; it appears to roll down hill from the Office Manager. I would recommend finding another practice that is less concerned with maximizing profit, and more concerned with the patient experience.

Dr Drake is one of the best if not the best Dr's I have ever gone to. He takes the time to listen to you and understand what is wrong with you. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I picked this doctor a couple of years ago. Then COVID hit and they have been horrible to deal with. My husband had cancer and they would not see him because he had a fever. He was misdiagnosed for weeks because they were doing televisits and not seeing him in person. I have sat in the waiting room and seen them turn away people sick people because they might have COVID even though they had no symptoms. It is crazy. You should be able to go to the doctor when you are sick.

They take Medicare, however I was not offered a alternative when I mentioned the wrong insurance, the lady at the front desk pulled her pad away and said sorry we don't take the insurance twice even after I showed her documentation of the appointment she insisted NO sorry we won't my friend she wouldn't even look up anything, (this was very poor communication on this facility) stating (((they don't care))) I drove my very sick friend a long way to this place that the rehab in Richland Hills scheduled his appointment to, I'm sure Dr. Wilson will hopefully see the review, his client was scheduled at 9:30 Monday Nov 29th 2021 (((we where there))) and swiftly turned away! ((I can prove we were there in fact.)) I can't give this place zero stars but I would if possible.

Something should be done about this! It's just plain wrong! This was scheduled for a long time! By health professionals, and my friend still has no follow up due to North Country Medical front desk staffing poor communication and lack of care to investigate any further. Again (hopefully (Dr. Wilson) will see this review and straighten this out.)

WOW, best service ever at a Doctors office. Arrived for my appointment, was greeted with smiles and very professional and friendly staff. Did not take long to visit with Dr. Wilson for the first time. I could not feel any safer in someone's care than Dr. Wilson, he is attentive, knowledgeable, Caring, and most of all not in a hurry and does not treat you like a number. The front desk and the nurse are amazing. Thank you for what you do, and how great you do it.
