Thanks for treating me as a person not just a number in a waiting room. I especially appreciated Mike's clear explanations and gentle encouragement to follow up with my doctor. When a bladder infection threatened to ruin my vacation. I could not have been more impressed by the friendliness and competence of the entire staff. We couldn't arrive until 15 minutes until they closed the other evening. They gladly took us and didn't make my daughter or I feel like we were rushed. They were very quick and thorough. This is one of the best urgent care expeiences my daughter and I have had ever. Meds were waiting at the pharmacy after.the appointment.

I went to Animas Urgent Care earlier because is closer to my home. Left crying of the way that Dr Pitts treated me. I saw Mike here and he took his time to check my swelling by my jaw and gave me diagnosis right away. Gave me needed prescription. I totally recommend this Urgent Care. Dr was attentive, caring and professional

My kiddo was sick, we live out of town, came in and had a very pleasant experience. We got in and saw a doctor quickly, he had wonderful bed side manner. He prescribed medication to get my little guy feeling better and we were all finished within 30 minutes. Definitely a better urgent care than anything we have in Montrose!

Had the best experience at this urgent care. Was here in Durango for a weekend trip and had an abscess that got infected. Went in for an incision and drainage. I want to recognize the staff at this urgent care. The front desk staff was attentive and kind. There was no wait time when I arrived. Dr. Cain was a superb doctor. Great bedside manner and explained everything about the abscess. Gave me some antibiotics and discussed side effects with me.
The incision and drainage went great and my abscess is healing. Honestly felt like I was never sick because the experience went so great at this place. Durango is blessed to have this urgent care

I went into urgent care today with severe cold symptoms, I waited in waiting room for about thirty minutes. Someone calls me and brings me to a room and gives me a covid test. I proceed to wait in the room for an hour and a half. I get a phone call telling me my covid test was negative, someone proceeds to come into my room and tell me that they can not provide me with care because they don't have a doctor after I have waited there for a total of two hours. This was a terrible experience and I recommend going to the hospital or a different urgent care. Do not waste your time here.

I was recently at Durango Urgent Care, for a Covid test thinking I was sick, and received the best treatment and kind service ever! Ali, a nurse, Rayne from the front desk and Amanda the PA, were fantastic. They spent lots of time with me, asked such good questions and offered so many helpful options. I didn't have it, thank goodness. I highly recommend!

Unfortunately on my trip back to my hometown of Durango I came down with a sinus/ear infection. In full transparency, I was very skeptical of having to go to urgent care in a small town. The team at this clinic was fantastic from check in to check out. My wait was not long, I did not feel rushed through and the doctor worked with me on a plan to get back to normal quick as I had a vacation coming up. Thank you! Bonus is they are literally a block from Walgreens so I was in and out of both in under an hour.
