East Greenwich Pediatrics was founded by Dr. Kevin McGibney. He was joined by Dr. Claire Flanagan and Dr. Bonnie Reibman in the summer of 1999. Flanagan and Reibman moved the practice to its present location at 1377 South County Trail in East Greenwich. Dr. McMillan graduated from Brown University, the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and the residency program of the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

Note: If you have out of state Blue Cross, Harvard Pilgrim, or United Health Rite Care or Tufts RI Together please make sure the primary care physician (PCP) listed on your child's account is your doctor. The insurance company will not pay if your child's doctor is not the PCP, and you will be responsible for the balance.
Our online health information portal allows parents to securely access basic health information about his/her child. Due to confidentiality reasons, portal access for parents with children older than 13 years of age is limited. The doctors at East Greenwich Pediatrics are excited to announce that we are offering telemedicine visits.

Dr. Klipfel is giving out advice and information to people who are not their patient's parents. And letting others sign medical forms that are again not the patients parents. Going to be looking for a new pediatrician for both of my children and will not accept the disrespect of this place any longer.

My son has been going to East Greenwich Pediatrics since he was born seeing Dr Pogacar. now 9 he has seen all the physicians due to who was on call, they are open on weekends for sick visits for a 4 hour time frame. The ease of the office and information is amazing. The staff is warming, polite and welcoming. I can't say anything bad about them. I will miss the day when my son turns a adult and can no longer be seen!. Thank you EG Pediatrics for all you have done on this journey with my son!

The staff must be prejudice or maybe the whole faculty discriminate. When I was pregnant and looking for a pediatrician, I called the office and asked for a consultation, but one of the staff members told me that they were not accepting new patient and had referred me to another pediatrics practice located down the street instead. Being pregnant with preeclampsia and the sudden passing of my dad, I proceeded to randomly and rushed to select any pediatrician.
The first week after my baby, I called the office again to see if they would accept new patient(4 months after I've called the first time). This time the story changed, they commented on how I must have already picked a pediatrician and that I cannot get a consultation only when I was pregnant. I begged to have consultations with two of the pediatricians and left a message with one of the desk ladies.
She told me she would call back once she talk to one of the doctors. Never heard anything back. I felt like I was getting the run around with the staff. So they don't do any new patient transfer either?! Being first time mom, I would have appreciated if they provided the protocol or make it clear if they accepted referral only. I was left with anxiety and mom guilt(getting the best pediatrician). The only reason why I was interested in this place because of their 5 ratings which they do no deserve at all.

Chose to go with them after high referrals from friends. We have Dr. Claire Flanagan. Our experience has been great. She always follows up and is very thorough. If she is unavailable they have a team of Drs. Able to see you short notice and our experiences with them have all been really good as well. Scheduling and reception also top notch. Highly recommend.
