Services
CT combines X-rays and computers to generate detailed cross-sectional images of the body. These images allow radiologists to non-invasively detect and diagnose a variety of abnormalities. With advances in scanner technology and computing capabilities, the uses for CT and quality of the images continues to improve, making it a reliable and invaluable tool for diagnostic imaging.
Myelograms are a useful tool in the evaluation of back pain. Under fluoroscopic guidance, spinal needle is introduced into the spinal canal, and contrast material is injected in the space around the spinal cord and nerve roots (the subarachnoid space). The images are then interpreted by a radiologist.
Fluoroscopy is an imaging tool that shows real-time images of the body, much like an X-ray movie. It allows radiologists to see internal organs at work. Fluoroscopy is used to evaluate the anatomy and function of a variety of body systems-skeletal, digestive, respiratory, urinary and reproductive. But it can also assist with guidance of needles and catheters and selective injection of contrast during a variety of procedures.

I came in to get an MRI done of my entire back as ordered by my orthopedist and I'm really glad I chose this place. The staff was very kind to me and understanding of my needs. I let them know before I went into the machine that I would have to stop to adjust my back at least once during the scan because it gets stiff and starts to hurt and they were very nice about it and worked with me. They went through all the standard Covid procedures when I arrived and I felt very safe. There was no wait time, I was in and out in an hour!

I have been paying off my bills from the hospital on a payment plan. They ensured me to pay whatever works best for me and as long as I pay it will not go to collections. I have my last statement with what I paid and what I owe and then I END UP WITH A LETTER FROM COLLECTIONS WITH THAT AMOUNT. I PAID IT THIS MONTH. THIS IS RIDICULOUS and from the reviews I am not the only one. Shame on you all.

In comparison to other options in Greenville, Eastern Radiologists perform their work efficiently and compassionately. I had to get an urgent set of imaging, and their office was able to get me in within 3 days presumably due to a cancellation. Their billing department has been very kind, and their outgoing calls are not threatening like many other billing departments and debt collectors.
They work with patients to ensure the account can be paid over time without being sent to a collection agency. I spoke to Pam (and others) in the billing department, and I believe her when she says they take pride in their work. I'm not sure how the others had such a bad experience
