This facility was clean, and, followed healthy guidelines. The front desk was friendly, and, professional. My nurse was nice, and, professional. Dr. Hollie is a very professional provider. He is friendly, and, will answer questions. I feel his goal is to help people. I would recommend Dr. Hollie.

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Chaffin. He is excellent with children/teens. He gave a very thorough effort at finding out if our teen had a breathing issue. He tested for allergies followed by some prescriptions for awhile, monitoring her all the while. He cleared her from treatment after discovering that her symptoms had subsided. His manner is the best! I highly recommend him. He is very pleasant and very understanding of children/teens.

Dr. Chaffin was very great. He & his nurse was excellent. I highly recommend him. He & his nurse treated my child with concern & made sure we understood each step of the visit. The whole staff at the Gunbarrel location went above & beyond to make our visit pleasant!

This office is the best running office in town. It operates like a well oiled machine. Dr. Hollie is an extraordinary doctor. His demeanor, knowledge, integrity, concern, and care are all exceptional. He makes you, as a patient, feel like you are one of his family members or best friends. His NP, his nurses, and staff all function as he does.

Dr. Hollie has approached my testing and treatment with great compassion. He takes the time to thoroughly explain and answer questions. He is one of the most caring doctors I've ever met. I feel blessed to be under his care!

I am new to the area and was experiencing pretty significant allergy/asthma symptoms. Dr. Chaffin came highly recommended and he lived up and even exceeded the glowing reports I had heard. He took time and listened carefully. His demeanor was kind and compassionate and his steps were measured. I was specifically concerned before going that I would be pushed toward measures that I might not need and that was not the case at all.

He explained my treatment plan and made sure I was comfortable with it. I experienced relief almost immediately. The staff at the Allergy and Asthma Group of Galen was equally as wonderful. From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly and enthusiastically. The Nursing staff was professional and competent and so pleasant. I could not recommend this group highly enough!

The Dr, nurse, and front staff were all very inviting and made my 15 year old daughter and myself feel at ease. The Dr and nurse had funny banter and kept my daughter and I laughing. This is a wonderful and very professional facility . The Dr talked to us in depth about his findings and explained everything to our understanding. I would recommend this group to Everyone!

I had Dr. Hamadani as my doctor at Chattanooga Allergy & Asthma for around two years after my previous doctor transferred to another location. She was always very thorough, and you could tell she cared about her patients and managing their symptoms. She took time to understand my story and complicated history with physical symptoms, migraines, and other health conditions so I wouldn't suffer in the dust/allergy bowl of Chattanooga.

I really appreciate her time and effort and am grateful for her time spent in Tennessee. I also am thankful for her effort ensuring I can remain vigilant about my allergies while I'm out of town at college, as she arranged a virtual call so I wouldn't have to journey back home during the week. Overall, Dr. Hamadani was a great help to me and my case.

I was very impressed with this office and entire staff. I appreciate the attention and care given. They truly do make your first visit count. I got an answer on visit one. The are straight forward about your care and there plan to relieve your symptoms. I'm very thankful. It's worth the hour and half drive.
