We offer an absolutely free consultation to all prospective LASIK patients. Please call us at 478.405.2020 and we will walk you through the process or use our automatic online scheduler. The majority of people who meet the age and general health requirements are good candidates for the LASIK procedure.
Your LASIK procedure day is finally here! There's not much for you to do other than show up. There are no food and drink restrictions prior to the surgery. Some of our afternoon patients work right up to the time of their surgery. There is no need to be here hours before your scheduled procedure. You will be scheduled a time to arrive and usually within 30 minutes of your arrival, you're procedure will be started.
For most of our patients, the day after LASIK is an unforgettable one. Visual outcomes vary from patient to patient. Most patients are able to achieve clear, functional vision without the need for glasses or contacts. For almost everyone, when you wake up from a good night's sleep, you will see a major improvement in your vision.
The majority of people currently wearing glasses or contacts are great candidates for one of the procedures we offer. From the day I scheduled my appointment for my consultation to the day I went for my follow up after surgery, every staff member was welcoming and so informative. I had questions and was a bit of a skeptic but they answered all my questions and reassured me. To say the experience was life changing is truly an understatement. I had a Lasik procedure done about 8 years ago at Dr. Eisner's office and as off 4/15/2017, I have better than 20/20 vision. I am very satisfied with the results. The best part of my experience was just recently when I called to request all records from my procedure (from 8 years ago). Terri gave me a warm welcome over the phone that I could hear and feel 2,200 miles away (I live in Oakland, CA). Terri was able to find my documents from 8 years ago and sent them to me in a timely manner to my email. Terri was a pleasure to deal with and is true asset to Eisner Laser Center. This was my second visit to Dr. Eisner. First experience, both eyes, five years ago was fabulous. This time I went in for a touch up to one eye. Again, no issues. I find his staff pleasant and friendly, Dr. Eisner himself personable, and extremely knowledgeable. The environment is relaxed yet professional and you feel completely at ease and confident that you are in the right place from the moment you walk in the door.
He has lasik down to a fine art. Just plug in. My eye-sight is phenomenal. No contacts, or glasses for the last 5 years. After wearing glasses and contacts for over 25 years, it has truly been the best thing I have ever done for myself. I would recommend Dr. Eisner and his staff all day long. Love my miracle eyes! This was the best decision I ever made! After several family members and friends had recommended it, I finally committed to improving my own vision. Of course it was scary and seemed like a lot of money, but after figuring the cost of glasses and contacts, and all the annual eye appointments and additional products I'd spent for 20 years, this was a bargain! Dr. Eisner and his staff are so supportive and encouraging.
The atmosphere of his office is relaxing and non-intimidating. The surgery took less than 1 minute per eye for me, and recovery period less than 2 days for my PRK procedure. Totally worth it! I can now see my family's faces clearly when I wake up in the morning! I've recommended Dr. Eisner to many others who've also had similar success stories.

Dr. Eisner and his staff are so nice and very informative in regards to the lasik procedure. I was excited to have the procedure done, since at 23, I have never even been able to see the big E on the eye chart. Less than 24 hours post op, at my follow up, I was able to read the 20/20 line! I would make this decision again without a doubt! It's the best thing I could have done for myself!

I had Lasik surgery about 8 years ago. I just went for my yearly exam in February and I still see 20/20. I believe having this surgery was one on the best decisions I have ever made. It has freed up my life in so many ways. Dr. Eisner and his staff were awesome to work with and I would recommend his practice to anyone who is considering having their vision corrected.

Before the surgey I wore glasses or contacts 24-7. If I woke up in the middle of the night I had to put my glasses on before I could get out of bed. If I was doing something around the house and the doorbell rang, I would have to run and get my glasses so I could see who was at the door. Over the years my eyes got worse and the contacts didn't agree with me.
I ended up having to have a pair of glasses in every room. During my first visit everyone was very nice and helpful. Dr, Eisner and his staff were terrific. My wait time in the office was always less than 10 minutes. The day I went for the procedure I walked in the door it was 2:40 and left out of the office at 3:00. It was unbelieveable quick and painless and I was able to see better immediately. Having the surgery has truly changed my life for the better.
