I have never felt so loved and cared for at a hospital than ever before than at this one. Staff were super friendly and understanding. The nurse and anesthetic guy did their absolute best to calm me down and make me feel safe before my procedure. (I was really nervous about it). I was seen quickly and there were no complications with the surgery.

I want to thank Everyone at this hospital for the attention and care they gave my son the day of his surgery. I especially want to thank Nurse Reed for going above and beyond for my son. She's the perfect person to have by your side when you are waking up after a surgery. Thank you all!

Horrible, no communication Waiting. waiting waiting. With all the school Dr's have you would figure you could count and not bring in 18 patients in one day and tell them all to come in at 6am Good for your wallet not for the families. Not doing us any favors Dr. We are paying for your service. I would appreciate some customer service. You are taking advantage of the system. This system is broken. Its 1pm and we haven't even gone in. he's probable at lunch. Absurd.

Amazing service and attitude from everyone in this center towards my daughter and us. Everything was great honestly, it was an excellent experience. Keep in mind that it is the doctor and not the center the one that chooses in which order they want to take in their patients, and if the doctor is not there early is not their fault either. Our doctor was on time, was doing procedures with a great timing. The nurses explained every step (pre-op, op and post-op) perfectly, as well as discharge instructions. 100% recommend.

My husband just had surgery there. They took him in earlier than scheduled. The staff there was great, very attentive. The nurse he had, Myrna, was amazing! Very happy with our experience.

My second surgery to be performed here. My experience with the receptionist on my first visit wasn't a pleasant one, she was short on patience and a little rude. I think some one must have complained, because this time she was very nice and pleasant. The rest of the staff who prepare you for surgery are very nice and professional, and make you feel comfortable. But, I still can't understand why they tell you to report at 6am and then you wait for more than 2 hrs., they don't seem to think that your time is also valuable to you has well. That part of reporting time and the wait time needs to be addressed.

Horrible service. bad experience. We were given orders to be here by 6am and not allow my son to have any food or drinks since the prior night. We arrived by 5:45am, didn't get processed until 8:30am! Surgery wasn't done until 1:15pm! Although the waiting area is big, not enough seats since they're processing is so slow. Nothing for the kids to stay entertained with, lots of restless children.

I loved having surgery here the nurses were all amazing and they even take the time for the anesthesiologist to come talk to you. When i woke from my surgury I was so pleased to have dr pepper brought to me they did allow me to have another short nap its not a hospital its a surgury center youre supposed to leave dopy thats the point. There's reviews on here of patients being sleepy when leaving I was as well but that's why they make sure someone's there for you before leaving if I ever need surgery again I'll make sure to request this amazing place

In this place the people are very nice. They do a very good job, too. HOWEVER, they have a policy which I consider to be unkind. After my husband's surgery, he remained under the effect of anesthesia for a whole day. He was woken up just to be discharged, only an hour after the surgery. He was in extreme pain and had a very hard time waking up. I asked if he could just sleep longer and if they'd let him just rest.

They didn't. They said every patient leaves "sleepy." And it wasn't sleepy. He couldn't walk, he could barely open his eyes, and like I mentioned, he was hurting more the more they made him move. Getting his clothes on was quite the task, which I had to do for him, and he was hurting a lot trying to get from his bed to the wheel chair. He was asked to fast before the surgery.

So since he woke up in the morning to like 3pm when he was discharged, he had nothing to eat. They didn't give him a meal, either. My point is, if you are hoping you will be cared for after your surgery, this is not the place. If you will be using this place, make sure someone will have food ready for you and that someone will be taking care of you physically for a few days (at least). ~Mina
