Brutal wait times. I got here a half hour early (9:40) with my appointment being at 10:10. I didn't get called back until 11AM and am still waiting in the back to be seen by a doctor at 11:32am. Bring snacks and entertainment because you'll be here a while.

I saw Dr. Nunez and I swear he saw me for maybe 1 minute before he walked out. He prescribed me two medications I was already prescribed which I stated to the tech and she inputted to the computer prior to seeing him. I tried to address a few other concerns with him and he disregarded them completely. Definitely doesn't seem passionate for his work at all and I received more care from my primary care regarding my issues then the specialty care.

I waited two hours before being told that they had forgotten about me. Best part was being told Dr. Gomez had already left for the day. Note, I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and even physically waited an hour BEFORE Dr. Gomez left before my eyes. As someone who works for an extremely busy Ophthalmologist in El Paso, I am dumbfounded at how unprofessional and unorganized this practice is.

I have never been through a day of work where a Patient was forgotten about on the list. Mistakes happen and appointments can be lengthy some times but I have never in my life had a practice legitimately tell me that they forgot about me. The supervisor could not apologize enough for how embarrassed she was and that she would resolve the issue with her staff and the doctor.

She did offer a reconciliation appointment for whenever but I kindly declined as these kinds of mistakes are very indicative of the services you will receive. I highly doubt Dr. Gomez reads these but hopefully this negative review will have an impact on people who decide to read these before they book an appointment

I arranged to see a doctor at the westside office, and when I got there, they didn't have a record of me or seeing the doctor. The office manager blamed me for not getting an authorization code, which the rep on the phone said I didn't need for a consultation, and the office manager forced me outside because I didn't wear a mask - a medical device, if non-sterile, could increase the risk of respiratory disease, which most attending at the place have.

The staff was not wearing masks, but quickly put them on when there were patients. Even worse, the doctor, which I was supposed to see, was not even at that location that day. I would not waste 5 minutes at this place because of a lack of professionalism, insulting demeanor, and very bad and health-threatening policies. The doctors seem to be okay with this.

I was seen by Dr. Nunez and was seriously disappointed. He wasn't even in the room for more than 2 minutes. He basically told me he couldn't and wouldn't do anything for me. It was a waste of his time and mine. His bedside manner stinks. I wish I could give the place zero stars.

Dr. Contreras was a great doctor. He was the only one that had made any progressive with my extreme allergies. the next step was to the the allergy shots. I don't know if it was due to COVID and maybe they closed down or what but nobody answers the phones anymore. Last time I went there was an error in the prescription and I've been calling and left a message and nobody has returned my call.

I will be switching doctors. Again, might be due to COVID but if I switch doctors I doubt I'll switch back. I am getting half my medication and getting charged 2 times the amount due to the error and nobody can return my call. That is why I am giving 1 star.

I am very frustrated and disappointed with the service at this office. My husband is a medical student and could not get the day off from the hospital to watch our 1 and 3 year old children before my appointment. We are new to El Paso and don't have the budget nor do we know anyone to leave our kids with. The office told me very rudely that they couldn't see me because I could not have any "guests." I could understand if they were adults but they could not see me because of this and refused medical care to me.

I am not going back to this office and will find another E.N.T. to go to. If this is any indication of the quality of care they provide, I rather wait and find another office.

I have taken my mom hear several times over the last couple of years and wasted many hours waiting. Two hours and counting today. Always like this no excuse so we won't be coming back.

My daughter was referred to go to this place. What a freakin joke! My sister who took my daughter had to wait 3 hours to see him for 2 freakin minutes! He was very dismissive with her and hurt her when he looked down her throat. My sister and daughter told me that they clearly were only in it for the money: $150 dollars for the privilege of waiting 3 hours to be seen for 2 minutes. Seriously why is this man still practicing the only reason this places gets 1 star is because my sister who has a bad back liked the chairs

Dr. Contreras is a wonderful doctor. He listens and takes time to answer my questions honestly and completely. He is very kind and compassionate, and did an amazing job with my surgery!

Horrible wait time, waited and hour thirty five minutes for the Doctor to see me 5 minutes. What a joke!

Dr. Nanez was blatantly rushing through my appointment and was very dismissive when it came to any questions I had. Bedside manner needs serious improvement; I felt that every question I had asked was an inconvenience to him and I don't think he even took the time to read my chart before stepping in. This physician does not provide thorough, compassionate care.

The two stars I have rated are due to Jasmine at the front desk who was diligent and extremely helpful in booking me an appointment and making sure I was seen at a reasonable time. She was very kind and her customer service was awesome!

I went to this place, I was there for almost three hours, watching everyone who came in after me get called back to see the doctor. Once I got called back the doctor acted as if I was a waste of his time. He did not offer solutions, I had to pull it out of him. In the end, he told me I was fine and sent me on my way. I got very sick within the week, I was obviously not ok.

When I contacted them about this, again, I was treated like a joke and a waste of time I do not believe these doctors are in it to help people, I believe they only want our money. Save your money and go to a doctor that will treat you the way you deserve.

My daughter had to have her tonsils removed a couple of years ago. Dr. Gomez performed the procedure. I'm very pleased with him and his staff. Very kind and comforting and good with children, and she also recovered very quickly.

My husband and I are very happy with Dr. Korzec and his staff. We never have to wait long to be seen because they have a great system of good organization. And the treatment is turning out to be very successful. Very wonderful doctor and kind staff.

What an incredible difference from my experience in Washington state! The staff here in El Paso was so much more friendly, warm, and caring. Both of my boys had the same surgery done for their allergies. One had it done back in Washington. And the other here with Dr. Contreras. He and his staff were Amazing! Also, the recovery nurse Henry, was great too. He wa so supportive in my son's recovery. If you need this kind of medical help I Definitely recommend Dr. Contreras and his staff.

The staff at El Paso ENT was very friendly and helpful, and they knew exactly what was going on. I did not have to wait long to be seen. They were very organized, and the place was very clean. Dr. Gomez did a great job for me. I am doing fantastic!
