An absolute joke. Can't explain why I was billed. First it was for one visit. and then it was, no. it was for another visit. Mediocrity defined.

Took my mom to their urgent care and even though I called ahead and was told they were open until 4:00, they decided to close at 3:00. Luckily, we got there at 2:55, only to have a receptionist meet us at the door and tell us the doctors were "booked for the day?" I mentioned that the website AND the receptionist said it was open until 4:00 and the phone message said they accept "walk-ins" so I was confused why we were turned away with only 4 cars in the parking lot and we were still there before closing time?

Very unprofessional for an urgent care clinic. Luckily, we were able to get right in at the IHC urgent care and received the best care, in a very timely manner. Not impressed with Grandview!

Absolute worst place ever. Had a doctors appointment there in October and never received a bill. I did for get about it but finally got a call about it from a collections agency. Tried to call Ogden Clinic and have them explain why i went to collections without getting a phone call. The lady told me that they tried on several occasions to call and left voicemails (never got one).

Also called my emergency contact and left him a voicemail (they never got one). Come to find out they were mailing the bill to the wrong address, but couldn't do anything about it. Be aware of using this place, they will lie and tell you its your problem now.

I am always pleased with how I am treated at this clinic. I am never kept waiting long and everyone is kind and welcoming. Dr Woodruff is extremely thorough and knowledgeable.

I has shoulder surgery the dr preforming it was great! After I was instructed to see his PA for those of you who don't know that means physicians assistant the appointment was a complete waste of time, reluctantly the surgery that I had changed a lot of things and habits around the house by using the wrong hand in which case I got pink eye. The physicians assistant offered no help and honestly acted like he didn't even care it seems like he just wanted my co-pay and that was it spent no longer than two minutes in the room with me.

After something as serious as surgery you would think a PA Physicians assistant would want to help in anyway he could, I got no help and would not recommend him to anybody And I will never be going back to him again!

I have very much enjoyed my experiences here. Front desk staff was kind and Dr. Woodruff was so informative and tentative to my needs and knew exactly how to take care of my problem. Never a super long wait the few times I have gone. Five stars.

If I could give zero stars I would. I guess the contact center manager forgot it was a "whites only" payroll.the way I was treated by the trainers (constantly looking me up and down, giving dirty judgmental looks, talking bad about me down the hall to where everyone could hear and racial profiling) was absolutely ridiculous. Not only that but this clinic focuses way more on the provider's needs rather than the needs of the patients.

I've never encountered such picky providers to where I had to turn patients away from scheduling an appointment due to their demographics. I wanted to work at a clinic because I enjoy helping my community. Someone like me couldn't even be seen at this clinic without having to ask the provider's or their staff for permission. These people made me feel too uncomfortable to be myself.

I felt as if I had to walk on eggshells. And if I happen to mess up in the smallest detail they act as if the entire chain of clinics was about to burst into flames.you're not allowed to be new and your not allowed to learn.youre expected to just know. if you don't memorize everything the first time they say it to you.you get treated and spoken to like you're incompetent for asking a question. I'm so grateful my experience there has ended.

Although I have loved all the doctors I have visitted at Ogden Clinic, I will never be back. I pay all my bills by mail, and this is the FIRST set of doctor's offices I've encountered that DOES NOT set up payment plans by mail. Neither do they mail you to notify you about a late bill. They do not care how poor you are. They want to be paid NOW or you'll incrue interest. For this reason I took all my business to the University of Utah health system. Au revoir Ogden Clinic! Terrible billing services!

So long Ogden Clinic.too bad you can't live up to a fraction of what your advertising campaign is. There are too many other good Doctor Offices in the area to waste one more moment with you. I was in an accident and 7 months after all the bills were paid off another bill showed up. They made $5000 plus off my visits and they still refused to work with me over a few hundred dollars. I'll take my business else where, not that I think they really care.

I am done with Ogden Clinic. Me and my family have been going there for many years and I have enjoyed working with their staff until today. Their billing office is a joke. My insurance company denied 2 claims from their clinic basically for the way they worded the claims. Ogden Clinic contacted me about the outstanding bills and I explained to them that I had an open dispute on the insurance company's claim denial.

Shortly after Ogden Clinic turned my account over to collections. Six days later the insurance company paid them and the individual I talked to refused to help me and when I asked her who I needed to talk to to get this resolved. She stated "Bonneville Collections." This whole issue could have been resolved if their billing department could be professional and show some consideration to patients.

I had an appointment on 06/03 for what I believed was a kidney stone or acid reflux (I feel with both). They had me start with a urine test and the front desk lady told the woman in the lab "there's a lady here and i don't know why it what for". That was the first of the issues. I went and saw Enrique and was very unhappy with the appointment.

He basically told me it was my period. I don't have periods. I know what a period feels like and my pain was way worse than any period I've had. I asked for tests and he said I was too young to deal with any of that. I asked about getting a refill for my acid reflux medication while I was there. Again, he said I was too young to take meds for it.

I have dealt with acid reflux since I was 14 years old and I know what helps and what doesn't. I basically spent an hour there just to be told it was my period. Will not go back to someone who dismissed me.

Had to wait almost 2 hours for a simple test even though we called for an appointment. They need to manage their time and their people better. What's the point of an appointment if you have to wait that long

I am new to the area and haven't had to go to the doctor until just a couple of weeks ago. I was worried that I had developed a throat infection, so I came here, it being the closest to my new home. There was a wait of about an hour for Urgent Care, which truly wasn't the end of the world, it was the day after New Years and I wasn't needing to be anywhere.

Once I got called back, I was taken back into a room with a nurse to wait to see a doctor. The nurse was great and made me feel very comfortable. She took a swab to test for strept. I then waited about ten minutes until the doctor came in to check me out. He seemed very rushed. He took a quick look at my throat and then looked at the computer and told me my test results weren't back yet, but he wasn't worried about it because he didn't think it was strept, but believed it was some kind of bacterial infection.

He prescribed an antibiotic and then started asking me about birth control. He wanted to know what kind I was using, if I'd had any side effects, and weirdly, if I needed it? He talked to me longer about my birth control (that I've had no issues with, and that I never brought up or needed to bring up) than about my actual infection or symptoms there. Then, he walked me out and I left.

Five hours later, I still hadn't gotten a call from my pharmacy about my antibiotics needing picked up. I called and found out that the order hadn't been sent over yet. A couple more hours passed and I hadn't heard anything. It was getting late, and I was worried about getting my infection treated. I called the pharmacy, and it was sent to the wrong location, two cities away!

They pulled it over to my pharmacy and I was able to pick it up. Three days of taking the antibiotics regularly, I felt way worse than before, and the infection didn't look to be going away. So, I drove two hours away to visit my old doctor's office to find out that it wasn't a bacterial infection at all, and the antibiotics weren't needed whatsoever because it was just a flare up of CANKER SORES.

I immediately stopped taking the antibiotics and got on a prescription mouthwash. The next day, they had almost completely cleared up. My doctor sent in a culture to make sure that there was no bacterial infection whatsoever, and a few days later, I was called back with the results confirming there was no infection. I just think it's wild that a doctor could misdiagnose so badly. And with the unprofessional tone I felt, I will not be back. I will have to find elsewhere to be taken care of in the future.

I have completely given up on the Ogden Clinic as a whole. I've been going to both the Odgen office on Harrison Blvd and the Layton office on Gordan Ave, I've had horrible experiences both places with both Doctors and Administrative staff, they have all been completely uncaring, unsupportive and unprofessional. Who charges $30 just to make an appointment, that's not the copay, that's $30 just to make an appointment, the Layton office, thats who.

I played the $30 because they said they would reimburse me the money if I kept the appointment. I kept the appointment then they told me that since I'm double covered that I didn't need to make the $30 deposit in the first place, now they won't reimburse me my $30. Now I'm disabled, so in order for me to renew my drivers license I have to have my doctor at the Ogden office fill out my Functional Ability form that I need to turn in to the drivers license division, he said he didn't want to do it. What. Why, he's filled it out for me before, it only takes 5 minutes. And all of this isn't even the half of the problems I've had with the Ogden Clinic, yeah, I won't be going back.

I am so over Ogden Clinic. Despite the fact that we live in Lehi, we went to Ogden clinic because my brother-in-law's cousin worked there. So we figured we'd take the drive to support "friends of the family". Due to a scheduling issue at the last minute we weren't able to get in to see the family member. No big deal. We just went with another staff member.

The service was performed fine. But then came the billing nightmares. First, they billed us without going to our insurance. So we call them and gave them our insurance info again. Then they billed us again and got our insurance information wrong. So we corrected the insurance information.again. Then they billed us without contacting the right insurance again!

And again! For a year! We kept calling them. They kept saying "no problem". The cycle repeated. Over and over. Then they sent letters saying they were going to send us to collections. So we called again. Got told "no problem" again. Then they sent me a bill saying I wasn't covered by insurance at that time, which makes no sense, so I owed them $160.

I was so sick of them at this point that I just paid them the $160 so they would go away and leave me alone. I was just over it. Then today, I got another bill, saying I owe them another $170. What?!? You are killing me Ogden Clinic. How many times do I have to call you and pay you more money (that I shouldn't even owe) before you'll just go away? Seriously, please stop with the nickel and diming!

You've had a year to figure this out. I'll pay you the $170 if you'll please just promise to stop! I don't have extra money lying around for this kind of thing. But it's worth it if you'll really go away this time. If your goal was to wear me down and squeeze out every penny you could, congratulations on your success. We won't be back. Word to the wise - save yourself the headaches and go elsewhere.

This location has a general wait time of over an hour past your designated appointment time. The staff answering the phones are also severely unprofessional. For instance I got called by the staff telling me that they ordered new medication and sent the information to the pharmacy. The order was never submitted along with there not being enough detail in the physician notes to discern what medication needed to be ordered.

I then called the staff to find out what was going on and a male operator said that my physician was in and that he was going to ask about it and call me back. I ended up waiting at the pharmacy for over an hour waiting for the call back only to find out that the operator never talked to my physician. He had me wait until his clock out time and left without giving me any call back to inform me that I would have to wait till the next day. I would recommend finding a different location as the staff seem to be severely unprofessional.

I had a surgery at Ogden clink for a motorcycle accident. I had 6 doctor visits, I sow the surgent for about 10 in my life. He always sends his assistance for appointments before and after surgery. Process was very inhuman. More like a production line. Most the time did not even try to make eye contact. My insurance they pain in full, how the bills keep showing up. Billing department was bulling me to pay for different bills had no idea the service was even provide to me or someone.

When I ask them to send me a letter saying if I paid XXX amount they will send a letter say they have no financial interesting in me. They say they will send me to collection. They are in business of collection not in health care. Do not recommend even if this is your last option.

I used this clinic with two scenarios that are usually "strikes" against you with clinics. I used them on a weekend and on a walk-in / urgent care basis. When I visit a clinic, I don't feel good. Period. Not like a "I think I am getting sick" type of not feeling good but "I just crawled from the depths of hell to see you before I die" type of not feel good. Let's just say I'm not at my most patient, understanding, or attentive state.

First visit was a Thursday morning. Front desk was a little chaotic (for me). I felt like there were WAY too many questions and hoops. Yes, I've been to Ogden Clinic. No, not this one. Yes, I can tell you my birthday. Yes, I can tell you my symptoms. Yes, I have insurance. Yes, I have my card. Yes, I know there is a co-pay. No, I don't want to hear about your freaky new billing / co-pay / hold your money until final billing stuff. No, I don't need a receipt. Yes, I can sign the pad. Yes, I understand my patient rights. Yes, I can sign your HIPPA pad. Look. I'm sick. lets do this on as little information as is necessary, charge my card, and lets move on.

If I walk in, identify myself and hand you my ID, Insurance card, and co-pay, we should gently high five, sanitize our hands, and I will go sit down and wait my turn. The rest of that stuff can wait. The Doctor visit was decent. I had ~40 minutes of wait time between my screening at the counter and the trip to the back but once in the back, life got much better.

Chase was the provider and I felt like he took a good amount of time with me. I didn't feel like I was in the fast lane and he was truly empathetic with my treatment. Thank you for that. He wrote a script, told me it was going to hella expensive most likely and that I could call his cell from the pharmacy if we needed to go a different direction.

Nice touch. Follow up was on Sunday morning. The wait time was well over an hour but hey, it's Sunday. I get it. Once I visited with Chase again he was kind enough to tell the front desk that this was simply a follow up and that the second co-pay they extorted a few minutes earlier should be reversed. That was a nice touch too. All in all, I like this clinic. A bit slow and serving a large area but hey, I get it. I'll be back next time I crawl from the depths.

I had an ear infection and wax impacted in my ear. The PA Jessica Wozac was awesome and took her time. The tech Sylvia was wonderful and was excited to clean out my bad ear. The Ogden Clinic staff is always friendly and the wait was really quick.
