New patients are asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. This allows our patients to complete paperwork, detailing medical history, while we process your insurance information and prepare your medical record. I had a good experience with Ashley when I went in to do a cosmetic laser procedure that I paid good money for, but when I booked an appointment with my insurance provider Tricare it got weird because they pretended I was not eligible and the billing manager Lyndsay was defensive and rude when I was the aggrieved party. She lacked professionalism professionalism

No respect for patients time. I arrived early for my appointment and an hour and a half later I still hadn't been seen by anyone. I asked if they forgot about me and the receptionist said they were just behind. Other patients were coming in behind me and being taken in ahead of me. They have been treating me for eczema for over a year and spent a fortune on co pays and creams and they send me from one PA to another and everyone has a different idea and nothing works.

I'm highly surprised this place only has a 3.2 star rating. Exceptional staff and service! Physician Assistant, Jennifer Edwards and assistants, went above and beyond to provide the treatment I was desperately needing. I come from out of state, so I only have reviews to go by, so now I am VERY pleased and relieved to have found a dermatologist office that I can feel confident and comfortable going to.

Not respectful of patient(customer) time. I arrived early with all forms completed. 45 minutes after apt time, still in waiting room and when I asked how much longer the wait would be as I needed to return to work, I was told "a while". I had my co pay refunded and will reschedule with another dermatologist clinic

I had a good experience here. I was seen by Jennifer. The initial exam was thorough and all of my concerns were addressed well. Then I had another appointment for mole removal which also went well. There was some confusion about billing as can happen at any doctor's office, but the staff was more than accommodating in making sure everything was right and that I was happy. I recommend this place for skin care needs.

This is by far the best dermatology center around, outstanding treatment by people who actually care. I am on disability now, and needed surgery it was painless, everyone there was very nice. also DR. Trapp is the best surgeon I have ever been to, and I have had a lot of things happen over the years.

The office is clean and everyone is very friendly. Dr. Danielle is very informative and goes over EVERYTHING with you. My last dermatologist saw in me in two minutes, handed me a prescription and was done. I saw with her for at least 10-15mins and everything was fully discussed. I'm giving 4 stars because I'm always waiting. Not sure if they over schedule but I wait at least 20-30 minutes past my appointment to be seen

Today 8-15-19 had the best experience with Jennifer. I had been here before about 10 years ago now I'm 28, had a mole removed that had been beside my nose for years. The staff was so nice and she was gentle and kind and was nervous before the visit but will be back again! Very professional yet not overpriced like in destin.
