I have always had a positive experience here. Dr, Miklius is fantastic. She is compassionate, honest, and collaborative. She is truly one of my favorite doctors. The staff has always been friendly and professional as well.

So the initial appointment was just okay Dr. Sachson basically used a resident in his stead to do the initial consultation. Then came in at the end to sure everything up. Told me he will fill all my prescription. Well none of that happened no scripts called in and no notes on the visit. Called in to check on the status and the women stated she would get them filled but that never happened as well.

Very poor customer service and very little accountability at this location but they make sure they get their money before you even see the physician. Probably a good idea for me to look elsewhere for better endocrinologist.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. King as well as her office staff. The office is hard to get an appointment because they are that good! Dr. King changed up my thyroid medicine profile and finally I am feeling well again! Also even though your appointment may be several months out they will put you on a waiting list and they will call you to get in early!

That is how I got in sooner than expected both times. The woman at the front desk is extremely efficient and friendly. And the person who takes your blood is excellent, I really appreciate the efficiency of the process at their lab, and the fact that the woman is very social so she distracts me from the needle. She does a great job so you barely feel it. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who wants a quality experience. This is my third time there and I am always in and out within an hour.

Unless you want to spend 2 hours waiting for the doctor for your "check up", then don't go here. I will looking for a new place to go. I've been coming for a few years and the waiting time seems to be getting longer and longer. It was like this before Covid, so that's not an excuse.

Called for an appointment with either Dr. King or Dr. Miklius. Although their profiles show as endocrinologists and they have told UMR that they are accepting all patients, the curt front desk woman assured me that they are only accepting diabetic patients. She was rude and yawned while talking to me. Bad front-facing and web-facing presence.

Dr. Elizabeth King and staff are always great! They check me in on a timely manner, Inform me step by step what's going on. Checking in process and checking out are a breeze. Not to mention the FANTASTIC phlebotomist that works there; She is the only person that get blood drawn from me in one go. I don't ever dread going there. Dr. King, Is very professional, Knowledgeable and understanding of your medical needs. She comes up with a plan; Informs you every step of the way how it's going to be addressed. Thank you Dr. King and Staff!

Since my regular doctor relocated the experience here has been terrible, the new doctor that took her place isn't helpful at all don't care about the patients and I had to wait almost a month to get an appt then get treated like trash when I was exactly 15mins late. I called and informed the front office staff I was running before my appt. The lady at the front was unkind and act like she didn't even care.

Definitely not going to this doctor's office anymore. You see how many stars they have on their reviews. I've been going to this office for more than 3 years and never experienced this with my previous doctor before she relocated.

If you have thyroid issues, don't come here. I really wanted to like this office, but unfortunately both the doctors and staff are harsh and deeply unorganized. I was told by a nurse that I was essentially making up my pain, and the staff have somehow misplaced my blood work. On another occasion, schedulers claimed I didn't come in for an appointment, when I did and paid a copay. I've left every appointment here more confused than before. Just don't do it.

Wish I could give a negative star. The WORST bedside manner I ever received. Dr. Sachson needs to retire and the reviews for him have to be paid. You were rude and told me more about medical science than what fits my personal needs towards a healthy lifestyle. He gave all the worse case scenarios without labs which were not drawn yet. Very rushed and not helpful with a personalized plan of care.

My experience seemed good at first. I didn't know what doctor to pick because there were no photos of the doctors so I kinda just went with a guess and picked Dr.king. At first she seemed to have my best interest at heart but the reason why I stop going was because I had an appointment at 12:00. I was in the room waiting for Dr.king and 45 mins later she comes in, no apology, and acted like nothing happened.

In my head I'm like okay? With everything that's going on this world it just didn't sit well with me & I never went back after that. I wish I can find a doctor out here that cares but it's been hard so far smh
