The billing department double charged me for two visits. I double paid and once I realized my mistake I contacted the billing department to have the double payment reversed. Fast forward four months and they stil have not refunded me the overpayment. After leading me on, I was told that there is nothing they can do and that I should call my insurance.

It is too late to dispute the charge with my credit company. Englewood Orthopedics sent me the double bills and I paid it to them. My insurance has nothing to do with copay overpayments. After 20 years of using their facility, I expected better.

Management is horrible, they do not know how to Speak to their employees. They are very rude and condescending, they underpay you for all the work you have to do. The hours are also crazy. The director Regina and Samantha needs to be terminated. This is why so many people leave the company, it's literally a revolving door. They hire new people every 2-3 weeks. It's unfortunate because the staff are really nice and helpful.

HORRIBLE WORKPLACE! The management at this establishment is the by far the worst I've experienced. The treatment is inhuman. You are yelled at, spoken down to, belittled. There's no consideration or sympathy at all. My coworkers and I were told we weren't allowed to speak to each other in Spanish because it made the manager uncomfortable but we were allowed to speak Spanish to out patients.

But according to the EEOC rules requiring employees to speak only English in the workplace may be illegal unless the employer can show that they are justified by business necessity. And there was no necessity. Was written up for calling out of work because I was involved in a car accident and was told I should've still came in the afternoon to work to show I cared.

Where's the care, compassion, and concern for your employee? There was little to no training for the role I had. I had to inquire about being trained after being thrown into work on my second day. The sense of entitlement from management is embarrassing and management should be embarrassed as to how they carry themselves and treat their staff. I wish more staff would speak up so this can be taken seriously. The EEOC needs to be notified of this unprofessional, abusive work environment

Dr. Lankachandra is warm, empathetic, and extremely professional. The xray tech was wonderful. The nurse was prompt and kind. Front desk ladies are very nice. I am terrible with names. I wish I could remember all of your names so I could tell google how awesome you are. Only reason I gave 4 stars is due to the wait. I had an appointment and waited over an hour to be seen. My only complaint.

My wife had a severe wrist problem. Dr. Pizzillo was great but the therapist Norman was extremely rude to my wife and my call to speak to the manager was never returned. Norman made a racist remark to my wife because she was late by 15 mins due to a traffic condition in the morning rush hour. He made a reference to her country of origin which had nothing to do with the issue at hand.

In this day and age, there were so many things wrong with Norman's remark. First of all, my wife has been in the US for over 30 years and is a proud tax-paying citizen of the US. Second, his remarks were threatening to my wife. Norman, if you have a problem with my wife, you come and talk to me. I expect you to treat her with the respect that anyone deserves.

I really appreciate being able to make an appointment so quickly and how easy it was to schedule an appointment online and via text. The PA that saw me was informative and approachable. The techs and aids were another story. I came in for a knee injury and was struggling to walk and get on tables for examinations and they just watched me struggle to and from.

No help. The xray tech that came and got me saw that I was limping and having trouble keeping up with her as she zipped from my exam room to the xray room. Once there she wouldn't help me, she would just stand and watch from a distance as if I had the plague--I'm vaccinated and was wearing a mask. I'm a nurse--if I see my patient struggling, I'll help them or at least offer to help them.

Then the tech that gave me crutches did not measure me correctly nor did she teach me how to use them. I've never had crutches before and she gave me a pair that was too small. I suspect that she looked at my height and gave me the pediatric crutches. They seemed to fit at first but when my fiance (also a nurse, has a history of prior crutch experience) saw what I had come out with he was furious. Moreover, I believe I was fitted in a similar way for the knee brace (XL pediatric).

I may be short but I do have an athletic build so the knee brace given to me keeps slipping as my leg muscles loosen the velcro causing it to slip down my leg. It was great being able to get an xray and be seen by a healthcare provider and get a prescription for a much needed MRI so quickly, but the actual care I received felt subpar.

Front desk lady's where rude, waited from 3 until 4:58 to be seen when I ask no one knew, and then she came out with a nasty attitude saying you're still on wait. Other then that doctor Davis is great from the first day and all the rest of the fallowups.

Dr. Pizzillo saved my left wrist. I basically smashed it falling off a bicycle. I am a professional pianist and teacher and need my left wrist for my livelihood. This accident was devastating. Dr. Pizzillo is a brilliant hand surgeon and I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone! The entire staff is friendly and competent and the office runs like a dream ship.

I had my surgery at Englewood Hospital and this was also an excellent experience. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Pizzillo and the people at Englewood Orthopedic!

I waited over 45 minutes, in an empty office. I asked several times when I would be seen. Each time I was met with surprise that I hadn't been seen. Went to see the PA, W. Janes. I guess they don't need office patients. I left, and no one really cared.

A year out from surgery performed by Dr. Michael Pizzillo. I had a horrific injury, and due to Covid I had to wait for surgery. Sauve' Kapandji procedure was done and I'm saved. I'll forever be grateful.

I have been going to this practice for 20 years and would not go anyplace else! I moved away from the area 15 years ago and still travel to either Englewood or Paramus to see Dr. Pizzillo or Dr. Salob. I was seen today for a knee injury. I am an RN and always recommend this practice. Dr. Pizzillo is by far one of the best hand/shoulder surgeons around!

He is the consummate professional and really cares about his patients - same with Dr. Salob. Nicole Van Dyke, PA, is a fantastic, supportive practitioner, who knows her stuff - and listens. She was very thorough and well versed in knee-related injuries. The support staff was great as well and made me feel cared about and comfortable!

The in-person office went all right. However, it was absolutely impossible to talk to a nurse or a doctor, if you have a follow up question. I had a question for a visit from a few weeks ago. I waited for 15 -20 minutes to reach an operator. Then I was out on hold to speak to the nurse practitioner. After waiting for another 5-6 minutes, my line finally went through, but then got cut off! Almost half an hour was wasted! Not sure I want to go back there.

My daughter had back surgery with Dr. Khatri and he was wonderful throughout the whole process. Her surgery has been a huge success. We're very thankful to have found him!

This is a large practice with many locations and many doctors but not a whole lot of concern for the patients. I took my son on a Tuesday morning to have his hand seen. He had hurt it the day before during a football practice. I called the morning after his visit to ask for a note, so he could be cleared to play. They told me the Dr. would write the Email.

It never came. I called again the next day and waited all day. It never came. I showed up in person the next day. The receptionist told me he was seeing patients and they would give him the message again. (Third message.) I explained that I needed a note or he would not be able to play. I said I would wait for the note. Eventually the receptionist approached me in the waiting area and told me that now the Dr. was "in surgery".

I asked if someone else could write the note perhaps a different doctor, after all the x-rays and notes from the visit were accessible. She said no. I asked to speak to the office manager. She said that the office manager had told her to tell me that they could not do anything except leave another message for the Dr. No one in the practice cared that I had called and left messages and hat my son would not be able to play in his game because the Dr. was not answering his messages. But they were very efficient about billing my insurance.

Terrible experience. I came in because I had runner's knee symptoms with the goal of meeting Dr. Salob, who wasn't available, so Dr. Morales replaced him. The front desk told me that I'm fully covered (Cigna). Dr. Morales was nice and suggested I buy Brooks running shoes which I did the next day. Since I was wearing sandals, Dr. Morales recommended I take a pair of "Powerstep Pro" inserts home with me and try them out.

Once the shoes arrived, I tried putting in the inserts that did not fit, so I ended up never using them. Since then, I keep getting bills sent to my mail. When I call billing, they tell me I signed a form that states that I am responsible for anything the insurance denies - THIS WAS NOT COMMUNICATED TO ME - they literally had me sign the regular forms without mentioning anything about it.

The external billing department told me they totally agree with me, but Englewood Orthopedic Associates billing keeps on denying it. When I finally got in touch with them, their representative was extremely rude (very impatient and lifted her tone at me, and threatened to hang up because I'm speaking clearly). She told me it's my fault that I signed the paper.

I even offered to drop the UNUSED inserts off at their location, but they disagree and are now threatening to call collections on me, which will mess up my credit. In summary, I'm still fighting this claim, but I feel like I was misled and now am hustled to buy something I can't use. Terrible experience. They have zero empathy towards their patients.
