Services
Our compassionate pediatric doctors and nurse practitioners are all board certified. With decades of combined pediatric care experience, our providers work together to ensure your child's continued care and health. St. Lawrence University with a B.S. in psychology. She completed her M.S. in exercise physiology at McGill University in Montreal.
We invite all new patients to attend one of our open houses to meet with some of our available staff and to visit our pediatrics office. During this tour, we will give an overview of how our office works and provide an opportunity to see our facilities. We will discuss different types of visits and what can be expected with each type.
Q: Do I need another prenatal visit if I'm having another child? How do they become a patient at your office? A: If you already have a child that is currently a patient at our office, you do not need a prenatal visit. When you deliver your baby, please tell the hospital and the OB/GYN that you have chosen one of our providers for your baby.
We understand that insurance and billing information and forms can be frustrating for our patients and we want to make the process as easy as possible. You should call your insurance ahead of time for well-child visit benefits. In addition, patients and their parents and/or guardians are responsible for checking with insurance for laboratory and procedure benefits.

The worst PCP Dr. Laurie Shin, If you chose her as your Pediatrician expect the worst always forgets to sign her prescriptions all the time and instead of talking about your childs needs she talks about her personal stuff for 10 mins and last other Doctors have to cover the mess she leaves behind not an organized person.

Absolutely love the practice but DO NOT see doctor Malomo. She rushes. I took my son in for to check to see if he has a uti. He had blood work done few days before from his GI. Something's were out of range so when I was at his appointment with dr malomo I asked her if she'd check it over an give me her opinion on it. He response was that she doesn't have time to look at them an explain because she has other patients I would have to bring my son in to see his actual pediatrician. She barley checked my son over. She just rushes through everything.

Dr. Malomo is the worst pcp ever! She is so hard to communicate with terrible customer service. Always rushing you never wants to listen to what you have to say and her question never made sense. Oh and when she ask any question she would ask the same exact question like 10 times. Very frustrating! My kids couldn't stand her she is so rude! They begged me every time to change their pediatric. I tried to change her PCP for like a year and every time I made an appointment they kept making it with her. Terrible! I would never go back to English rd pediatrics again!

Our pediatrician joined this office as he closed his practice to phase into retirement. Upon his retirement we transitioned to another doctor within the practice but while treating my daughter for some anxiety we asked for a second opinion and after insisting on the second opinion we were asked to leave the practice. While others have had a great experience ours was nothing like that after our pediatrician retired. I'd recommend making sure you are comfortable with whomever you go with and don't second guess yourself.

Both of my children go here and it is one of the best pediatricians ever. Both my children have Dr, Vitullo he is one of the nicest, caring doctors ever. And when he can't be seen due to calling outside of a appointment we normally see James or Mallamo they are both just as great. I have never had a bad diagnosis for my children at this pediatrician office. I would recommend English road to anyone.

The last 2 pediatricians we have had through this practice have left and we have gotten past to the next newest doctor there. The office has repeatedly changed appointment times on us and haven't had accurate co-payment records. One of the nurses was very condescending during a recent phone call and told me I should be happy they even offer weekend hours because other don't. (I had called first thing in the morning to make an appointment for a sick child and didn't receive a call back until 20 mins before they closed and didn't have any appointments left) Edit: after posting this review I received a letter saying they were dropping my children as patients, this is how they handle people upset with their bad service.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE DOCS AT ENGLISH ROAD! My son and Daughter see Dr Lasaponara and love her. She is very knowledgeable, and my kids genuinely like to come to the doctor. I never have a bad experience with any of the doctors, and am very happy with the hours and the service they provide. English Road has the best pediatricians around.

I absolutely love this office and have worked with many of the doctors because my son used to be so sick and nobody knew why. His doctor is Dr. Knapp and I couldn't have found a better doctor. She was his advocate and never got frustrated. She always had the next suggestion ready to go and if a hospital gave me the run around she personally handled it.
I love being able to go to walk in hours when I need it since I work during the day! At times there have been bad experiences with nurses but many of the nurses are gentle, compassionate and amazing. I would recommend them to anybody searching for a pediatrician and I often do! Our family is so thankful for you all!
