They told me certain costs in person and then they sent me much larger bills. The doctor saw me for a very short amount of time and ignored my main pain issues.

Found this practice from my insurance plan. Everyone was amazing from the time I called to schedule an appointment, check in, MD visit & check out. Very professional & knowledgeable. I have high expectations regarding all aspects of medical care and was extremely pleased. Strong understanding and implementation of covid precautions!

Feels like no one there cares or wants to help. Very rude front desk and even ruder doctors.

Very friendly office staff that were efficient. Dr. Murano was very nice and explained everything clearly. Most importantly, he fixed me up as good as new.

Honestly if I could give Dr. Murano 0 stars, that's what I would do. I had a pretty bad ingrown toe nail for 6 months because of him. He tried 3 separate times to cut out the side of my nail, failing each time. When he tired to numb my toe, he just jammed the needle in and didn't really numb it at all. It was incredibly painful, and after going to a good podiatrist, I have learned that this is not standard practice. I would highly recommend going somewhere else other than Dr. Murano, for an ingrown toe nail.

My neuroma was treated twice, but I was bruised for about 2 weeks the second time since so much more cortisone was injected. It was tough to wear shoes during that time because the bruising hurt. Also, I had major issues with billing and insurance. They didn't refund my overpayment for about 9 months. I had to call and call and write over months, then escalate to a regulatory agency. I won't go back there.

Dr. Hass, and the entire staff at New England Podiatry, have been absolutely amazing in helping resolve multiple issues I encountered with my foot. Dr. Hass diagnosed the painful issues I had been managing for months at first glance when numerous other physicians (unrelated practices) had been unable to provide answers or relief from pain. I was barely able to walk, proving extremely challenging with young children, and Dr. Hass was able to fully resolve my pain in a very timely and professional manner. Dr. Hass is a true professional, as well as a genuinely kind and compassionate person, and I highly recommend his practice.

Very unprofessional administrative staff. I couldn't make it past their rude behavior. Good luck!
