Evans Medical Group - Robert Campbell

Always an awesome treatment by staff. Super nice! I am a fairly new to the practice, but the DCMA and nurses listen to what I I have to say allow you to speak freely and without interruption. Also, every one is understanding and empathetic.

Dr. Jordan is pleasant and makes you feel comfortable. It is easy to get an appointment. I recently had an insurance issue, and the staff was right on it. Thank you, Dr. Jordan, for providing excellent quality care.

The front staff are always so cordial. Medical assistants are amazing. The last one I see (Dr.) kind of knocks all of that I said previously out the window. Dr. Doesn't seem to be too concerned. I've only been going a little under a year. He is very nonchalant. I'm used to a Dr that shows a little more empathy. He also refused to do my my labs that were sent from my Cardiologist -stating something about being the middle man. To send me somewhere else was such an inconvenience I'm just trying to get better.

Dr. Jordan is helping with my medical issues with professional care. I would recommend him for all my medical needs. He's is knowledgeable, caring and I have confidence in him for helping me in managing my blood pressure and glucose needs.

Dr. Ikeler is a great doctor and person. I've been his patient for only one year and already impressed by his knowledge, skill, and sincerity. He's also a nice guy and excellent communicator. I highly recommend him.

The doctors and staff are always very professional and as timely as they can be. Dr. Ikeler doesn't rush in and out, but will stay with you for answering questions, etc. He takes care of refilling prescriptions while he is with you in the room. They are the best!

Dr. Ikeler was very thorough with his examination in evaluating the swelling under my arm pit and upper GI issues. He did a great job addressing all of my questions and concerns and reviewed my prior visits leading up to my present condition. Great visit w him!

The care I receive from Dr Jordan is fine. However, the last 2 appointments I have had to wait over 45 minutes in the treatment room. When I mentioned this he was rather dismissive. 15 minutes is acceptable. 45 minutes plus is not. Please do better.

Very pleased with the service of the staff from the very beginning. Dr. Jordan was excellent in his professional care and approach. Entire appointment did not last over an hour. Follow up referrals were made the same day and I was notified. Copy of today's visit was in my portal to read. Very pleased with the Evans Medical Group and Dr. Jordon. Highly recommend.

Evans Medical Group is a fine facility. The ladies in the front are pleasant and work to make the check in process quick and efficient. You do not have to wait long to be called back by a nurse and all of the nurses seem pleasant. Lastly, the facility is stunning! Very clean and can accommodate a lot of patients at once. The nurse I saw was quiet but very personable. Dr. Jordan is great!
