Wow! What a lovely experience I have had coming to this place the last few years. The atmosphere of this office is always unmatched. Tricia is always so reliable and the techs are always thorough and friendly. Dr. Hathaway is the best doctor I've ever had. Hands (or should I say "eyes") down! I recommend them to everyone.

I would absolutely recommend this office and doctors. They have for many years always been professional, welcoming, and spot on with their diagnosis. They have tried hard to work with me on scheduling for both me and my mother. My thanks to the doctors and staff

Northwest Eye Center is wonderful. Had been seeing Dr O'Rourke for decades prior to Dr Hathaway. Both are indispensable. Professional and personable. Always remember who I am and are ready on time.

Dr. Hathaway examined my eye and discovered a torn retina. The staff quickly arranged an immediate appointment with a retina specialist and I saw that doctor fifty minutes later. Excellent care and service. Thank you.

Completely incompetent staff had no idea what they were talking about. Tried to charge me 3 times what they quoted me. Do not go there.

What a great group of employees at Northwest Eye Center! Always friendly and despite the busy times and COVID restrictions they've been very responsive and helped me so quickly. Have gotten contacts, glasses and sunglasses here. Really nice selection of frames and very fair pricing. Recently had a mishap with broken frames and they took care of me same day. Turned a bad day into a good day because of their exceptional customer service!

The most complete, intense eye exam I've ever had and I've had a lot! I was totally pleased with my exam and the care they took. I have several problems with my eyes and they competently addressed each of them. I felt I was in good hands from the moment I walked in the door.

One of the best eye appointments I have had. Alex was very professional and answered all my questions. Dr. Hathaway was quick and efficient. Coming in as a new patient, I felt very comfortable and in good hands. Great selection of glasses as well! Would recommend for sure!

Doc Nolan is a stud! I've been a dentist in the area for 22 years and I can only hope that I portray myself in front of my patients like he does to me. I had a bad eye infection, one which was severely detrimental to my work, and he eradicated it immediately. He knows his stuff and he is a great people person. Extremely impresssed! Dr. C

Dr. O'Rourke has been my eye doctor for a number of years, and at my last two or three visits or so, I have experienced very long wait times of over 30 minutes. This is frustrating, and furthermore, the doctor makes no mention of it when she does finally come in. Also, cosmetic procedures are offered at this office, and since I intend to age "naturally" I want a doctor who is focused solely on eye health.

I am growing tired of being targeted for cosmetic procedures, even if it's done as discretely as is the case in the office with signage and informational videos, given that the wait times are long.

I came here for the first time and had a phenomenal experience! Alex was very knowledgeable and perfect for the job! I'll send people your way!

My family has been coming to this place off and on for years. I'm done with them. They get appointments wrong and play the blame game and make me wait for long periods when it was clear it was their error (hard to argue with the appt. card with the time they wrote. Hello! and, more than once.). I've personally witnessed unprofessional front desk behavior--i.e. petty and snide remarks about other staff right in front of patients and worse, they are much more into financially profiting themselves than providing good service and value to me, their patient.

I called to ask about getting one very simple additional optometric service less than one year before my last visit and they wanted to charge me an additional $300 saying I'd have to start all over. I was able to find another optometrist who didn't give me the runaround, treated me with respect and didn't gouge me. Clearly they have problems. From now on, I'm going elsewhere.

Trisha was a great help and waited patiently while I conferenced in my 97 year old mom to explain her concern. It was serious enough they got my mom in immediately and she said they took GREAT care of her. THANK YOU Northwest Eye Center and Trisha!

I have been going to Northwest Eye under my mother's insurance for years. I am so bummed to say my current insurance does not include this awesome practice. If they are in network, get an appointment with Dr. O'Rourke and you'll see why they are so highly revered.

This was my first time at this office and it was exceptional. Dr Hathaway, the office staff, Alex, and the optician were so warm and welcoming. I had a very thorough exam, and I could not be more pleased with this visit. I will definitely return for yearly visits.

Besides a typically long wait this is a great eye doctor. The doctors are friendly and all staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! I've heard they have very limited insurance coverage so make sure to check before going in!

Tried to schedule an appointment. Yanna, who answered the phone, is very rude. Spoke with a techician about eye dilation since I have had four massive ocular strokes, and the technician was very argumentative and wanted proof of everything I said. Allt his just to get my prescription for eyeglasses updated.

I've been a patient of their's for a few years now. Kind, attentive, extremely knowledgeable. I can't say enough great things about these people. Not only do they deeply care, but it's obvious they're not pretending to.

I've always been seen promptly at this location. I can't say enough about Dr. O'Rourke & Dr. Hathaway. They are both very knowledgeable and personable. They explain things in a way I can understand and both of my cataract surgeries have been exceptional. The staff is all very efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My son was having headaches & trouble seeing at school. They got him in within a week and a half. We were in and out in less than an hour. That included the exam & fitting for glasses. The front desk staff were very nice & helpful.

Saw Dr. Nolan Hathaway for my yearly eye exam. I had been seeing Dr. O'rourke in the past. The tech, Alex, was young and very knowledgable and very professional. We talked about his background in microbiology and why he is now here. I enjoyed the chat and he provided very good explanations of what he was doing. Dr. Nolan was also young, (younger than me!). Again, very professional, and easy to talk with.

I asked a few questions and he got into some good technical responses, which was nice to hear. Neither Dr. Nolan or Alex were 'rushed' to get to the next patient and took the time to address all my questions. That is a quality I look for in people providing a service. I love this place! Tisha greeted me right away and helped answer a few questions I had. I was a little nervous to try a new place out at first but she made me feel right at home and comfortable. I couldn't be happier, I highly recommend this place.

I can't say enough positive about Dr. O'Rourke and the staff at Northwest Eye Center. They put all concerns to rest when I was referred to them for surgery. Without exception, everyone was thoughtful, friendly, reassuring and prompt from start to finish. I felt pampered and cared for and the surgery results are exactly what I hoped for.
