I lost my prescription glasses and made an appointment to order new ones. Jan did her research before I got there and learned I was able to get replacement lenses under my warranty. That meant I only had to repurchase the frame and I had 20% discount through my insurance company for those. I appreciated the work they did to help me get the best deal I could.

Julie went above and beyond in listening to exactly what I wanted with my lenses. She checked and rechecked, and explained with drawings how the lenses worked. I am currently living out of state having recently sold our West Linn house, but waited until I was back in town to get these glasses made. They are that good at what they do. My partner recommended them to me as he has been going there for many years. I highly recommend them as well.

Great place for eye exams. Friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Unfortunately our insurance changed so wasn't able to come back here.

We recently saw Dr. Mercer, after my daughter started experiencing eye strain due to her school computer time. Dr. Mercer explained everything clearly to both of us along the way and was very thoughtful in her approach. Plus she is wonderful with kids and put my daughter at ease! Highly recommend Eye to Eye.

I love this clinic and the very wonderful staff. I had an emergency eye issue. They were able to work me in ro the schedule Dr. Dolton gave me the knowledge that I need and treated me. I highly recommend them to anyone for your eye health.

I have been visiting this clinic for several years now, and I've never had a single bad experience. I've dealt with a couple eye scares, and they are so quick to get me on the schedule and seen. Everyone I've met at this clinic is welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. I fully trust them with my eye health and care. Dr. Mercer is the doctor I specifically see, and she is absolutely amazing. Super knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. The best!

Been going there along time would give the place a 5 star but the new girl a the font desk is mean. She was very rude to me and another time to my wife. Also heard her bad mouth people on the phone if the doctor was not so nice I would move on.

The doctors are thorough, professional and take the time to listen to patients.

I did not have a positive experience. I went in for an eye exam and we ordered glasses. I was told I could put a small deposit and pay the rest after my insurance paid, and pay the balance when I picked the glasses up. After about 3 weeks with not hearing from them I called to see if my glasses were ready to be picked up. They said that they would check the status and call me back.

They never did. I called again about a week later and they were still not there and the person whom waited on me was going to call me back. They did not. I went in and found out that they had "stalled" my glasses because the policy was to put at lease half down on the glasses. had I been told this from the beginning I would have done it. I have since moved out of the immediate area and changed jobs.

I tried to explain my changes were coming ahead of time and that I would a have difficulty picking them up and that my benefits would end.nothing. I now have start all over when my new benefit period begins.in April. Ridiculous. The Dr who did my exam also made attempt to sell me supplements using some fear provoking methods. Not impressed and I would not recommend. :

Eye To Eye Clinic is by far the best eye clinic that I have ever been to! They take great care to make sure that you have the best experience each time you arrive, are prompt when it comes to appointments, and are available at great hours. I have been seen by two of the Drs. at this clinic and both experiences have been amazing! They were even kind enough to quickly see me for a recent eye emergency and fix my issue within that same day. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I just want to say that Drs. Mercer and Dalton are the most caring and professional Optometrists I have found in Oregon. Their fees are quite reasonable considering the time required in dealing with fitting a progressive rgp contact on a cornea with irregularities (dry eye, post erosion). They truly care about your vision and well-being.

I highly recommend this office. I called with an emergency and they were able to get me in within a few hours and I was not an established patient I will be returning for all of my eye care as well as my family.

I have been going to Eye to Eye Clinic for years. The doctors and staff are the best In town. It's nice to know that the staff know me by name when I call and are very helpful. Judy makes me feel like I am her only customer and is always willing to help me with insurance questions with a smile. Thank you!

People are nice and try to help but unlike larger vision centers they do not give you a garantee of satisfaction and you could be stuck with a very expensive pair o glasses that are not great; go to a bigger store.

I was in town visiting & my new sunglasses had an issue. I stopped by unannounced & they put in a new screw for free immediately and I was on my way. Thank you!

My children and I have received services and patronized the Eye to Eye Clinic since it opened. Dr. Anderson/Dalton is outstanding with grandmothers and children alike. She is not only an eye doctor, she is an advocate for others. She treats the "whole child", and by that I mean she is aware of their feelings.stresses, etc. She is highly intelligent, professional and caring. It is evident she cares about her patients. I am retired after 41 years as an Educational Administrator. I highly recommend Dr. Dalton.

Dr. Anderson is great. I had an eye infection a while back that I originally went to my primary care doc however they were unable to treat me and after getting treated by Dr. Anderson her advice and care helped extremely well she also followed up with me several times and I can't thank her enough. I also get my regular eye exams here and the whole staff is wonderful.

Dr. Anderson is wonderful! She is a great listener and takes the time to make sure you understand everything discussed. Wonderful with the kids. Our daughters have always dreaded going to the eye doctor for checkups, but now they feel confident and comfortable. Thank you to the amazing staff as well. Friendly and professional! Dr. Erin Dalton delivers a very professional eye care service. She really cares about her patients and it shows. I have recommend Eye To Eye Clinic to all of my family and friends. Fiona is my favorite staff member there and has been picking out my frames now for several years. I get positive comments on my frames all the time!

Maintaining the same stellar standards as Dr. Todd, I miss the Briscoes, but am not disappointed with Dr Erin.

Love this place! Dr Erin Anderson rocks! She takes the time to explain answers to my lame questions. The glasses are awsome and the eye exams are painless. They go above and beyond any other eye Dr I have ever gone to.

Both doctors do great work, very customer service centered. Very friendly and easy to talk to. They take the time to make sure the patient is totally informed. We started using their service when we lived in the area and still travel nearly 45 miles each way for our eye care when needed. Great team, they have our highest recommendation.

I'm a big fan of this eye clinic. It's not boring and dry like you think of most doctor's offices and Dr. Todd is very entertaining.

I had an appointment here a few weeks ago. It was clean, the people were friendly, Doc. Todd was honest and knowledgeable. I went to a couple of eye clinics throughout Lake Oswego and didn't have that great of an experience. Eye to Eye was the best and will continue to go there!

I saw Dr. Todd Briscoe here for the first time this month, for a routine eye exam for contact lenses. He's efficient, friendly, cheerful, and explains things well. He knows his stuff and is unwilling to use second-best techniques just because they are popular. That said, he does tend to mutter his assessments under his breath when he's doing physical exams (such as when you get your eyes dilated).

He gives the actual assessment at the end but the quiet notes of what he is seeing are a little distracting - they're pretty technical and likely to leave you wondering "oh dear, is that a bad thing?" when really, it's nothing. They also do Infant-See exams for children under two; my son went for one, but with his dad, so I can't say how that went by direct experience. I can say they have a very child-friendly waiting area with lots of toys, and my son seemed to have a good time while waiting for me with his Dad at one of my appointments.
