Came in a few weeks to get a new pair of glasses. Was quoted a price point of $36 for the blue light filter for my lenses. Come back just 3 weeks later, and now since they have had a change of "ownership" the price went up to $96. $60 increase in just 3 weeks. Yeah, just lost my business. Don't quote things if you can't honor them. Completely outrageous, and none of the staff could directly answer why.

Just said, the cost increased. Refused to honor the price I was told. So if I were you, I wouldn't go here. They will tell you whatever they can to get you to order glasses and lenses, and then when it's time to order/ pick them up, BAM. Cost went up. Absolutely ridiculous. If I could give zero stars I would. Will never return to this place.

If I could give no stars that's what I would do. Company not professional at all. Call me 30 min. Before my appointment to tell me that it would be a charge. Ok. Why wasn't I told when I scheduled my appointment SAM!? Why wasn't my appointment scheduled for the follow up but instead scheduled me for a yearly SAM. Why am I the one blame and being charged!? SAM!

Trying to do business with them currently for a pair of prescription safety glasses. So far I'm very disappointed in the customer service. First visit, they told me what I wanted wasn't available, spoke with a Co worker who got exactly what I wanted from them, but he also said it was like pulling teeth. I went back and asked about the product again, and they said they would have to order in a frame for me. OK.

But then they tried to sell me on the other ones again I already told them I wasn't interested in. Two weeks later, still hadn't heard anything. Called in at lunch, left message with other worker who said she'd have the lady I'm dealing with call me back. Never called. Called this morning for status, still waiting for call back. This review could get better if they salvage this transaction by acting like they actually want my business and want me to get the product that is right me. I guess we'll have to see if their manner improves.

I only went to Eyecare Specialties because they were an Oakley frames dealer. I went to different optometry office to get the prescription. I purchased Transition lens for the Oakley frames last year, which there was a delay in getting the glasses the first time (almost 3 weeks). I went back (my mistake) to get a new lens because of cataract surgery, but they would only replace both lens rather than just the one I needed changed which doubled the price (Costco only charged me for changing one lens on another set of glasses).

I needed the glasses for a driving trip I had scheduled for mid-January, so I ordered the lens in mid-December. The first set of lens came in 2 weeks (Costco it was 3 days to get a new lens). I wore them home & they didn't seem right. After testing the glasses for a day I noticed I could see better without them. I went back to Eyecare Specialties and after some checking they admitted that they had ordered the wrong prescription & reordered them.

During the time that I was in the office the front desk ladies were laughing & playing with a balloon that eventually popped which seemed unprofessional to me. Another 2 weeks went by and I called for the 2nd time because no one had returned my earlier call. I was told the lens had come in but were not correct so they had to send them back (which happened the first time I had ordered the glasses a year earlier).

Since it had been almost a month & the glasses were then not scheduled to come in until after I would be leaving on the trip, I asked for my money back, which they did agree to do & apologized. Needless to say I will now need to find another Oakley dealer to get the new lens or will just go to Costco for a pair of prescription sunglasses.

Great customer service.called during after hours and one of the on call doctors met me at the clinic and attended to my eye injury with ample patience and kindness. I will never forget the attention and relief I received from this clinic.

I appreciate all the care and hard work everyone puts in to not only keep myself and my husband safe during these rough times but the extra mile they all go to, to check the status of our eyes and to offer any and all suggestions for improvement and safety. I have never had an optical business work so hard for my good eye health and a physician who cares as much as Dr. Orson. The staff is all great!

Dr. lake was really wonderful with my daughter, who has been dealing with problems for over a year. Most of the ladies in the office were very nice to us and courteous. I would recommend others to go there. Kudos to all the staff!

The personnel were welcoming and lively, as well as very professional! Dr. Orson was personable and answered ALL of my questions that I asked! He helped me understand my current issues and how to hopefully prevent future issues! They did a special, painless and inexpensive scan of my eyes (Optomap) to reassure me that I didn't have anything going on that might be missed with routine eye exam. Thank you and good job team!

I was greeted by a couple very nice girls. I was treated great. I did a few tests and they helped letting me know what I needed to know about my eyes. Dr. Orson was very nice. He made me feel very comfortable. I enjoyed my time there. They were very professional.

I take my daughter here and Dr Orson is very knowledgeable and is very thorough with each visit we have had with him. Sam who helps with picking out glasses is very helpful as well. While picking out my daughters new pair of glasses her current pair was a little loose Sam offered to tighten them up and my daughter smiled after putting them back on saying they felt brand new again.
