Family Health Center-Baltimore: Sadowski Robert

I have been going here since birth 1990 but this place has gone down hill I wish I could stay but I'm tired of the run around. I was hoping my son could get the same doctor I had Dr abott. He is a wonderful man best pediatrician up there. But 1 they don't answer the phones 2 when they do answer they are unprofessional and don't double check your appointment.

I went up there to make my an appointment in person because they don't answer the phone. I waited 3 weeks for my newborn first appointment. They booked me on a day dr abott was off. I was told to bring my baby back the next day on Wednesday at 2. Dr abott was gone for a half day they forgot. Then they told me come early the next day at 9am. The place says open but was closed.

Parking lot empty, I gave up. 3 days in a row I dragged my newborn out the house to be seen and got the run around. Unprofessional receptionists, you will wait weeks to see a doc. If it's important or time sensitive you mind as well go somewhere else. Breaks my heart but I must take my business else where after over 30 years

I go to the Cherry Hill location for my OB/GYN care and I always am stuck in the waiting room for hours and everybody that works there is lazy and rude, I'm looking for a new place to go. My primary care provider is Dr higgs Shipman and she is at the Brooklyn location and she is the worst doctor I've ever had, that place sucks also! You can't get through to anyone on the phone to make or reschedule an appointment because they never answer it and they never return calls. I do not recommend anybody going to either location

I called many times without any answer for 2 days. Then finally the receptionist who answered gave me an appointment, but she said, "I don't know when you will be seen." She also said that I missed my last appointment. An appointment that no one gave me or called to remind me of. I'm sick of FHCB.

Had a great experience here, everyone was nice. The minute I walked in I was greeted and was directed to the right person. I was in and out in less then an hour. Everything was being wiped down, it seemed that they are doing all the covid-19 protocols.

By far the worst clinic ever the staff is very unprofessional they never answer the phone and they don't treat it like work smh never again

The staff here was very patient and concerning regarding the toddler seen at this location. Lab staff was outstanding and gave extra attention to remove any fear the child might have. Again I recommend this location to those live near by.

Maria the receptionist was amazing! She made sure my needs were met EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I give her 10/10 stars! However the wait times to actually see the Dr is ridiculous.

I actually like this place, they have all the doctors and even a dentist all in one building and they run it very professionally. I'm impressed, kind of sad because I'm switching insurance and won be able to continue seeing my PCP here.

My Best friend goes here and she said she has been with them for a very long time. She would advise anyone about this clinic to family and anybody who is looking for a health center nearby. They are convenient and it has everything in one place, family Dr's, Dentist office, pharmaceutical and much more. They are convenient easy and friendly.
