Urgent Care facilities are often more appropriate and less expensive than going to a hospital emergency department for non-emergency treatment for injury and illness. Urgent care treatment includes access to many services, including (but not limited to) laboratory testing, x-rays, sutures, and foreign body removal. No appointment is ever needed for urgent care services at our facility, simply walk-in to one our three convenient locations. We offer a wide variety of medical services other than urgent care including: work related services and non-surgical orthopedic care.

I was trying to get a prescription filled, and the staff said they would call me back. They seemed helpful at first. I have a voicemail message where I pretend to answer the phone as a joke, (between my family and I). Someone from the staff proceeded to leave me a voicemail saying, "Fuck you and that my voicemail is annoying." I wish I were kidding. I won't be back.

I've been to the clinic multiple times and have always had an excellent experience. The doctors, nurses and administrative staff are so friendly. I've always experienced great medical care, as well. I highly recommend!

My father was in need of stitches due to a cut on his knee. He lives an hour away, so before they left I called this clinic to make sure this was something they could do. The receptionist was very kind, said this was a service they provide, and answered all of my additional questions. When my father arrived, he was the only patient there. He sat down in the waiting room and one of the staff members went back to tell the provider that the man needing stitches was here.

The provider proceeded to tell the nurse that he wasn't going to do it and to send him to the emergency room with no further explanation. The provider didn't even lay eyes on my father, yet refused this service knowing he had traveled an hour to receive help. The interactions had with the other staff members were positive and they were just as confused and shocked as my father was by this provider's unsubstantiated decision.

This specific physician made a neglectful decision to not care for a patient in need of help. He chose to send business elsewhere without looking at the injury. If you choose to go to this clinic, it is recommended you get confirmation from the provider himself that he is in the mood to provide a service and has time to step away from his evening Netflix binge to do so.

I would give zero stars if able. My fiance came here for what he thought was a pulled muscle in his hip, the lead doctor brushed him off time after time and even claimed that he must've hurt himself while intoxicated? Anyways, long story short- after 3 X-rays, hundreds of dollars in copays and being pushed off as overreacting, we received an MRI from the hospital who's tech could tell it had been broken from the start. Stereotyping and negligence at its finest.

The care you receive here is phenomenal. They really take care with compassion. I would have gave 5 stars but I made an appointment online so I wouldn't have to wait too long and unfortunately I waited an hour passed the time they told me to come. I'm sure it's staff shortage so just remember if it's quality care you are seeking COME HERE! Kudos to all the staff

DO NOT GO HERE. EVER. I have had two experiences with this walk-in clinic. One in 2014 where they miss diagnosed me with strep and gave me medicine for it. Come to find out I actually had mono and the medicine that they gave me reacts poorly with mono and causes you to break out in hives. I spent a day in the hospital with IV fluids when I was getting worse rather than better.

My second experience with this walk-in clinic was earlier this week when I took my 2-year-old there, forgetting that this was where I was previously misdiagnosed. (I've moved out of the country since then and completely forgot about it.) They told me he had a UTI and gave him antibiotics. It's been 4 days and he is not better. My regular pediatrician got their report and it came back negative for a UTI.

My pediatrician said that this place has a track record of doing things like this. To say that I am mad that they lied to me and gave him medicine he doesn't need that I had to pay for is an understatement. DO NOT GO HERE.

The front desk lady is the most unkind cold hearted rudest person whom obviously hates their job I've ever met in my life. Everyone I've ever known to go there says the same thing. She's the reason this place has such a bad rating! Fix your attitude or find a different place of employment! People don't go there for fun ma'am! Get a grip and do better!

Paid $79 this morning for a covid test the guy barely put it in my nose. Said it was negative after I had a positive at home test this morning. Then I went to the er and was tested again and it was a positive. Don't waste you're money to test they don't even do it correctly

Absolutely the worst experience I think I have had in a Medical situation. Was seen by a "Nurse Practitioner"! Who was the farthest thing from a Doctor muchless a Nurse. I was seen for a foreign object in my eye which was extremely painful and when she was done with her examination I reiterated that there was still something remaining in my eye. I told her more than once.

I Bernice probably atleast 3 times. She just continually brushed me off and told me she was patching my eye and to return tomorrow. If I still felt something then she could take a second look. I had to call a few hours later because she did not call in any pain ointment and the pain was unbearable. Also I want to mention I am in the middle of a Fibro Flare and I told her this and she kept moving my legs aside and tapping my knees to get me to position a different way.

I told her. you can't tap me and she acted as if she had no clue what I was talking about. Is she had no knowledge of Fibromyalgia which is a commonly known Chronic Pain Syndrome then she needs to get some additional Education. After returning home. I was still in such intense pain and my eye watering had soaked through the patch and I knew there was still something in my eye so I had pretty much no choice but to drive myself back into the Clinic.

They literally had me register again and pulled me into a side room where one of the Nurses basically asked me exactly what it was I wanted them to do for me. I explained I wanted them to remove the object from my eye that should have previously been removed. At that time the "Nurse Practitioner" came into the room and proceeded to ask me why I had removed the bandage and said she had previously explained to me that the nerve endings were in the lower left of my eye and that's why I still felt as if something was in my eye.

Which she NEVER infact stated to me. I was told that I could go ahead once again wait in the waiting room which they were very clear to make sure I know that it was quite a long wait. and that it would be considered another visit though I had just been there a few hours before for the same reason. She then continued to CHASTISE me like a Child because as she started I had removed my eye patch.

Though I had not. She continued to act as though I was ignorant for being back in the clinic and though I was in horrible pain to the point of almost being physically ill and could only see out of one eye was not concerned that I was getting in my vehicle to drive away. I immediately drove with vision only in one eye to the Eye Doctors and in a matter of minutes of my sitting in the chair she removed the object from my eye and noted 3 major abrasions to my Cornea and inserted pain medication and placed me on a multi day antibiotic.

I beg you. Go to a Doctor! Do not see a Nurse Practitioner in a Walk in Clinic if you can at all avoid it. I'm not saying all Nurse Practitioners are as rude and uneducated as her. But if you can be seen by A Doctor in A Doctors office Please do. I would have seen my Primary but she is in Bollivar and I could not drive an hour away with only partial vision. I will PM those who ask the NP's name.

Not to discount the bad reviews but my husband and I had a wonderful experience here! The young gentleman (forgot his name) at the front desk was polite and upfront about the cost of everything. We waited for probably 30-ish minutes. The nurses and doctors were wonderful and were super informative. We had an all around great experience. I may call later to compliment the staff to whoever is in charge.

Have visited this place twice in the last week because of a couple sores that would not heal. Was given antibiotics and a steroid. A week into taking the meds I broke out in hives and had to return. Sores still weren't healing as well. Hives were from the type of antibiotics they put me on and I was told to stop them. As for the sores two different dr's looked at them and basically said I needed to be referred to a dermatologist to have a biopsy done. Was handed a piece of paper and sent on my way freaked out that I might have cancer. Went to my primary care dr this morning (they worked me in because I was freaked out). She cauterized them and told me never to go this clinic again. Sad to say it but I wouldn't recommend this place.

Extremely disappointed in this Clinic. Went to get a rapid Covid test and waited over two hours in my car in 90 degree temperatures. When I first arrived they made no mention that I could have a 3 hour wait. Most rapid testing sends out a person to swab and then you leave. After calling them to ask how much longer and they said it still could be a while. I asked for a refund and left.

Just like all these hospitals around here. Run extra test you don't need and have an attitude when you actually need help

I wish I could give negative stars. It took two hours to see me and there were maybe 4 people in the waiting room. People who arrived AFTER me, were called in and seen before I was. They "lost" the paperwork and then gave no apology - not sure how you lose the paperwork with only 4-5 people there. They also don't prioritize care, which is ridiculous. I've been here twice and this is the last time I will go back.

I heard the staff make personal conversations while I was waiting for my post-vitals for the doctor to see me. I can't stress enough how poor the service is here. After a total time of 3.5 hours there, their answers for me were "maybe go get checked out at the ER at one of the local hospitals". and I'm a nurse who works in healthcare. are you kidding me. 0/5 star, STRONGLY do not recommend. Go anywhere else.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We took our 7 year to get her arm checked out here and she ended up needing x-rays.she was in a lot of pain and the x-ray tech just kept pulling on my daughters arm telling her that she has babies do this daily and there was no way it was hurting her. My daughter was crying and screaming in pain only to be told that if she yelled again we had to leave and go to the er bc it wouldn't be tolerated! SHE IS A CHILD IN PAIN HAD TOLD THE XRAY TECH MULTIPLE TIMES OF COURSES SHES GOING TO CRY AND YELL!

After we finally got the xrays done the dr rushed us out the door saying nothing was broken so the lump must be from infection didn't explain anything what kind of infection didn't test for infection just assumed its an infection and shoved us out the door! DO NOT TAKE A CHILD HERE! ESPECIALLY FOR XRAYS!

It would help if they had more front office staff to check in patients. Urgent care patients, drug test line, and questions about billing are all being handled at the front desk.

Horrible experience I had an ACL surgery a year ago got into it ATV accident they barely even looked at my knee it was swollen three times the size is normal they gave me aspirin for a painkiller when I called them back and ask them for something stronger because it hurts they told me my injury wasn't very significant so you can't see the ligaments or the tendons from an x-ray and I had ACL surgery a year ago I will never ever go back worst place in town

Having just recently moved to Springfield and not having a family Dr. I went to the clinic because I was sick. The clinic opens early which is great, is clean and well managed. I was seen quickly, had excellent care and was on my way in no time. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. As with any walk in business the earlier you get there the less your wait time.

I went in despite of the bad reviews I've read. Yes, I had to wait about an hour, but there was only 2 doctors and quite a few people waiting. When I was called back the nurse was very understanding and polite. The doctor who treated me was great. He related to my illness and after he was done he reassured me that if I needed anything further to come right back. I will definitely go back if needed!

Walk in clinics are easy to dislike, not unlike the ER, because you are going to wait. That said, over the years of many illnesses, both mine and my children, I've always had good care. Sure you can wait but once past the waiting the doctors and nurses have taken their time and been thorough. Early mor ing right when they open has always been less waiting time.

Do not go there! Just went today about 30 mins ago and was treated as if I was a third world citizen. I took in a lab form saying I had a UTI and this old man with gray hair, mustache, and glasses said that if I have no symptoms then I do not have a UTI. The whole time this man was smirking and laughing to himself when he asked me other questions like what meds I take or any illness I have.

I was fed up and asked him why are you being like this? He said that I was not asking the questions right! I walked out and said that I didn't know there was a right way to answer personal questions. I will never go there again and hope no one else goes and gets treated as badly as I was.

Terrible, horrible, no good, very bad clinic. We weren't deathly ill. But nothing worthy of an ER visit. But we sat for two hours in a room and saw no one. Opened the door in case they forgot about us.a lady came in and pulled it shut(hard) without saying anything to us. Finally had to leave. Terrible service. How do they stay open?

I wish yelp would come up with a half a star for reviews. We are visiting my mother in law here in Springfield, MO. My 2 and a half year old daughter got sick so we took her here. First of all, if you have the word "Family"" as the name attached to your business, then please act nice and accommodate patients who have children. My daughter has been traumatized from her previous visits to her pediatrician so she gets very scared when she walks in an exam room.

The technician was unfriendly and had an attitude. I had to keep repeating my answers cuz she wasn't paying attention. Then she huffs and puffs as if we were so inconvenient because my daughter was screaming and holding on to me. When u treat children, it's good to at least act funny and sing songs so that it helps the child be comfortable.

This woman was rude and no social skills. Then comes the doctor who was bitchy and irritated. She would not even try to keep my daughter calm. Especially when she was sticking the thermometer in my daughters anus. I wanted to yell at her "Yeah bitch why don't I stick up a stick in your ass too and see how you feel." Overall this clinic is a joke. I would never recommend them.

Are you ill? Do you need a doctor? Can you not make an appointment? That's OK. Go to the Family Medical Walk-In and see Dr. Burke. He is a nice guy, with great bedside manners. The wait at these places tend to be long, but if you need some help, it's worth it. Everyone from the nurses to the check-in folks are great. Now going to one can get pricey, but if you have good health insurance you're covered. I've spent some time at this location, they thought about my own coffee cup, I was there so much.
