A colonoscope, a long, flexible, tubular instrument that transmits an image of the lining of the colon. This exam is used to detect changes or abnormalities in the large intestine (colon) and rectum. An esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD) is performed to examine the lining of the esophagus, stomach, and duodenum (the first part of the small intestine).

I called to establish a PCP. They had to reschedule twice because their doctors were out of the office. Then, I rescheduled once because my entire household was sick amd i didnt want to infect anyone else. Finally made it to my "perceived" appointment, only to be told that I was 20 minutes late and could not be seen. That I would have to reschedule.
I called today to reschedule and they told me that my account was terminated due to too many reschedules and a "no-show". They told me that they will not provide me with ANY care. Why kind of place is this, seriously?

I would not recommend this place to anyone! As a new mother its extremely frustrating to try to make an appointment for my 2 month old, only to be ignored and treated unfairly. I've called several times only to be put on hold for far too long to where I have no choice but to hang up the phone. If they dont answer, the call goes to the answering machine.
I had left a few messages in order to schedule a visit, but I have never got a call back from them. They also somehow lost an appointment. I had an appointment scheduled for a Thursday, when it's the day of my supposed appointment, I called to verify the time and supposedly didnt even have one scheduled. I'm not sure about the doctors at this place as I only came here 2 times, but the receptionist staff are completely rude and unprofessional!

The nurse was incredibly rude. Answered the phone sounding hungover, . I was calling in a refill 2 days early because it was a Friday, and she accused me of trying to get it a week early. She was yelling at me telling me she wouldn't help me if I was "rude." So I stopped talking and it was silent for a minute then she said "It's not getting filled and hung up on me. Obviously, I'm not going back there, but IT IS ILLEGAL NOT TO GIVE PATIENT a 30 day supply with no notice. So rude, filthy place, unprofessional staff. I've never had this issue living in Bluffs or Omaha. Just a trashy, trashy place.

I. My wife and I took our youngest son, Wich is only 4 months old in 3 times cause he has been really raspy and down right sick. Fevers, coughing, trouble breathing. All 3 times he was seen by Lisa Deagan. All 3 times she said that she didn't see anything wrong. So being worried about our baby we took him to see another doctor. Right of the rip double ear infection, white spots on the back of his throat from a passing virus. Lisa Deagan seen him 3 times and never even prescribed any antibiotics. What a joke how does someone like her even get the privilege to take care of a human being.

People should know that what you are quoted at the time you make your appointment is not necessarily what you will be charged. We were quoted 185.00 for a new patient doctor visit, plus any lab charges. What we were billed was 283.00 for the new patient doctor visit, plus lab charges. When I spoke to billing, I was told the 185.00 is just a base price. However, aside from the billing issue, we do appreciate the doctors and staff at Family Practice, and have no complaints about the care we've received.

My husband and I go to Katie Peters Settje and are so happy with her. She is a warm, compassionate, friendly, consummate professional who spends time enough to explain things and to answer our questions. When she moved to Family Practice we followed her due to our confidence in her. We feel we are in the best hands with her.
