The office staff and nurses were very professional and helpful. Everyone I came in contact with was very knowledgeable and explained all that was being done. Dr. Wiggs was helpful and knowledgeable in finding out what my issue was. He took time to explain what he thought was wrong and steered me in making my decision about further testing.

Everyone was professional as I did not have everything I needed for my mom Esther who was the patient. I do not know the proper terms for the people who helped my mom but the young lady who conducted her hearing test was very gracious and patient with my elderly hearing impaired mom. Katie who I believe was a nurse kept my mom attentive as mom had to list her medications among other things that the doctor needed to know. Dr. Blanks. Is awesome.
She was kind and direct about mom's hearing and my mom left optimistic. I know you all have your lives too and yet you do your jobs well. all day everyday. Thank God for you!

I only have 2 stars one reason- the online and paperwork completion was easy enough. However, everything else I would leave a 0 star if possible. This practice is not professional. Staff are rude, condescending, and arrogant when addressing patients and caregivers. They are NOT up-front about their many office policies especially in regards to caregivers/spouses.
You can only be with the patient IF: is a minor, or deemed mentally incompetent. No where is this policy posted online, in paperwork, or in the lobby. I NEVER would have used their services, nor booked an appointment if this policy and the other shady polcies were communicated beforehand. We only found out after money had been collected and signed in.
The doctors spoke to you as if you are a child, brush off and downplay your questions and concerns, and seemed like the were reading a script on repeat when explaining or addressing hearing questions/concerns. PLEASE read other one and two star reviews when considering this practice. I was devastated that someone else just a few weeks ago had a similar experience to ours.
I should have researched them better, and only went there because a friend stated they used this practice well enough. We will be seeking a second opinion. I called three other offices in the area, and confirmed that those places allow caregivers/spouses inside and participate in all areas of evaluation and consultation; and even asked about their office policies- none like this office!
I have contacted our primary doctor as well regarding our experience so they can take our experience into consideration when referring other patients. PLEASE do your own research and save yourself the time and money.

Initially my referral was submitted to a different office. After 3 phone calls and waiting two weeks to hear back just to schedule an appointment, I requested a referral somewhere else and was sent here. I'm SO GLAD that I was. The receptionist I spoke with when scheduling my appointment was so kind, helpful and understanding. Today I had my appointment with Dr. Pantelakos and he was great! Thank you all for your kindness and compassion. I have no complaints about my experience here and will continue to use them for all ENT care in the future.

The office is very clean and the communication between staff and patients is very good. I was impressed by the preparedness and how fast the doctor pulled us back. The organization between the different services provided was extremely impressive. I'm happy we found this office and they were great with my toddler

From the moment I checked in I felt very welcomed. My wait in the lobby was not long at all. Each staff member was genuinely kind and concerned for me. Dr. Blanks and her staff explained every detail of what they were doing, and answered any question that I had. I appreciate that Dr Blanks showed and explained my test results to me and allowed me to have some input in my treatment plan. I highly recommend this practice. It runs smoothly and they have excellent teamwork.

Dr. Deidra Blanks is wonderful! Today was our first visit she took great care of my daughter. She is very thorough and knowledgeable I can also tell that this doctor truly wants what's best. We weighed our options, she took her time to explain to me my daughters surgical procedure and also listened very carefully to my concerns I'm confident that with her expertise everything will be just fine.
Thanks Dr. Blanks for all you do, your truly appreciated first impressions mean a lot and you nailed it. Would highly recommend this facility The vibe is family friendly at this office and must I add I'm not much of a social butterfly but the staff is very sweet how could you not bubble up? the receptionist was so kind and the waiting area was very Clean. despite Covid you can tell this staff smiles behind the masks, means a lot during these trying times God Bless this Staff abundantly :-

This was my initial visit at this medical site in which I was pleasantly greeted by the front desk, and was shortly called into the exam room. I found the medical assistant and the ENT physician to be personable and informative. The final aspect of my visit was audiology, again gaining a full explanation of my hearing assessment. I would definitely recommend this practice for the office is very clean, organized and modern with an attentive staff. Thank you.
