SUMMIT carries one of the industry's most diverse lines of all-freezers for use in medical, commercial, and household applications, as well as undercounter and compact icemakers thoughtfully sized for any space. As an architect, I am shocked this manufacturer is getting so many high reviews on Google. We inherited a Summit gas range and Summit refrigerator with our apartment and both have been nightmares. The range takes forever to light and the oven temperature is horribly inconsistent. We paid for a Summit technician service call and he said it was operating as designed.

Apparently having to hold the dial for 3-4 minutes is a safety feature. It's impossible to crisp anything in the oven without blasting it under the broiler.a broiler that also must be relit every couple minutes. The refrigerator is only a few years old, and yet the seals are shrinking and the drawers are breaking into sharp shards. The same service technician didn't replace the seals, but took a hair dryer out of his bag and attempted to stretch them.

This "fix" worked until he was back in his truck. We have called Summit Parts about ordering new drawers, but we're told they don't make the part anymore. We need to buy a new fridge to replace the drawers? "Yep" was the response. Stay away from this brand at all costs.

To all individuals in need of service, i do not know where to start? Firstly; National Customer Service Manager Ray Pena, a truly professional experience. I have been in business over 40 years with every possible problem that you can imagine. Last week we had a tenant with 3 children that needed to move into an apartment before last weekend, the apartment was ready but the washer dryer was in bad shape. Mr. Pena ordered the parts on a Monday and Summit had the parts delivered here in Miami by last Thursday.

We have 18 units in our building and Mr Pena has never failed to perform and impress me at every turn. Again, last week he was amazing. He spoke with a service technician Mr Emilio Medina who agreed to set up an appointment with my technician here in Miami to explain how to make the necessary repairs on a specific washer/ dryer via zoom. At 11 o'clock am this past Saturday Mr. Medina contacted my technician by zoom and the next thing I know the washer and dryer was working perfectly. in todays world the individuals working at Summit Appliance are exactly what every company needs to rely and build their own company. The best customer service experience I have ever had, from any company! Employees Chantal Meghan and Jailene put many hours of effort into solving a complex problem in time to meet my deadline. Very polite and clear in communication, including gathering documentation to help me take my next steps in the process. Summit really cares!

Erica M and Isamary A were absolutely AMAZING in helping me with resolving a defective fridge for our office. It was a very frustrating process to deal with and Erica and Isa could not have been any more courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Jonathan, the tech who came on site to evaluate, was also courteous and thorough, he diagnosed the overall issue and told us when to expect a follow up call - which we promptly received from Erica.

The Summit Appliance management was very understanding of our special issue, and scheduled a full replacement for us. So many things can go wrong with appliances, and I'm so RELIEVED the customer service aspect was SUPERB amidst an already tense situation. It really makes all the difference and I feel confident that should any other issues arise, my company is in great hands with Summit Appliances and their team. Thank you so much!

Called Summit to repair my oven and they came within a day and fixed my appliance quickly. Erica organized the repair and was great to work with and very responsive. The technician, Carlos was efficient and super friendly. Overall a great experience which is hard to come by these days.

Summit Appliance was very helpful when my Summit Wine Cooler quit working. They told me who services their product in my area. After a service tech checked it out and determined the problem, I contacted Summit and was put in contact with Erica Marrero. She sent me the paperwork to fill out. I was very happy with her help. From my first contact with Summit, to when I had a Summit wine cooler working again, was about 6 weeks. Summit went above and beyond to make sure I had a working wine cooler as soon as possible. Thank you Summit! And my wine thanks you!

Wow! A company in today's age who actually still cares about customers and goes above and beyond to create a satisfied customer! My personal experience with Summit was regarding a past product purchase that stopped working as it should. This was not a recent purchase and I had not saved my original receipt. My expectations were low that Summit would work with me to address but it was worth the call as I had spent $2600 on a wine refrigerator just a few years ago.

Enter Erica M. who was absolutely amazing to work with. Not only did Erica help me through this process to find a more than reasonable solution, I felt like she actually cared about doing so. We have all experienced so much frustration calling companies to address issues, being passed around, waiting on hold, totally wasting time with the end result typically being disappointing.

My experience with Summit was completely the opposite. One call, one person to deal with (Erica) who also left me her contact information so I was not starting over if I had to call back. I can go on about this experience, but I am hopeful you get the point. If you are considering buying anything from Summit, I would do so without hesitation and with full confidence that not only will you get a great product, you will also be buying from a company who stands behind their product. Based on my personal experience, I will be purchasing products from Summit in the future with no hesitation or concern about any future service or support needs I may have. Bravo Summit (and Erica)! I have had Summit Wine Coolers in my kitchen since 2013. I love the design and never had a problem until I moved and bought a unit for my new home. After about 2 years, the unit was not keeping temperatures below room temperature and a compressor leak was diagnosed. The company honored the warranty and replaced the unit promptly with the newest model. The product is great and you can't beat a 5-year warranty.

Purchased two built-in, under counter units for a home bar - 1 refrigerator, 1 dual-zone wine cooler. Both look beautiful & elegant installed, and function well. Really appreciate great customer service from Erica & customer service team when we had an issue it was taken care of quickly and with excellent communication.
