Services
The clinical-ancillary staff at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center includes the departments of Electrodiagnostics, Laboratory, Radiology and Respiratory Services. These departments offer a variety of diagnostic services to inpatients and outpatients 24 hours a day, seven days a week. SMRMC's clinical staff aids physicians in the diagnosis and care of our patients and interact with practically all other departments in the medical center.
My Health Record is an online service through which you can access your personal health records anytime, anywhere. One of the most convenient features of My Health Record is the online Personal Health Record (PHR). The PHR allows you to store, view, and update all your health information in one secure place.
We offer a convenient way to view your statement or make payments on your bill by credit card. This method is secure and will allow you to pay your bill in full or in part, based upon the arrangements you have made with the hospital business office. As with any provider of healthcare, such as your doctor or drugstore, we request you pay your up-front deductibles and co-pays at the time of service. The cost of operating a hospital is very high, as we have significant payroll and overhead obligations.
Are you a healthcare professional looking for an exciting new challenge? At Saint Mary's Regional Health System, we offer many opportunities to utilize your skills and talents among colleagues who value teamwork, mutual respect and pride in a job well done. We offer a comprehensive and competitive compensation and benefits package, healthcare insurance, paid vacation and a friendly, supportive work environment. The staff from the receptionist at check end to the MRI nurses were so loving and caring to me. The nurse even held my hand and stayed with me during the entire procedure

Horrible experience. The nurse practitioner Doug is awful. My nurse ignored my pain and the wait time is absolutely hot. They will let you sit and die before helping. Terrible hospital and thr worst emergency room.

Wow! From the reviews it seems like people really hate St. Mary's. Every time I've visited the hospital, as a patient or visitor, I've always had an uneventful experience. The staff is pleasant with me- I'm sure when patients or visitors get irate, it's never a good experience for anyone. I've gotten my daughter treated at the E.R and I don't have a single complaint.

My experience is, if I am a kind human being, others will be kind to me. I'd trust St. Mary's doctors and staff. Especially that really cute nurse in radiology; you know who you are!

Nurses are nice, but anyone above that pay grade is terrible. Went in with my husband for his back pain. Since he is a heavier guy, i recommended an xray, CT, and/or muscle relaxer(s) (I was sure it was a pinched nerve or something similar), and got nothing. Just a worthless steroid shot that worked all of 30 minutes. Followed up with our PC the next day and he got an xray. Turns out I was correct and the ER doctor could have saved my husband a lot of grief and pain had he actually tried to help instead of dismissing him. Will never use this ER again. If you can avoid it and go to Sherwood, do so or go to another town's hospital. It will help you and your pocket book.

I wish there was a complete lack of stars. I had to take my daughter to the ER for a migraine after her neurologist at Children's said that she needed to be evaluated due to a new symptom appearing. The doctor in the ER didn't agree with the diagnosis that our neurologist had given about my daughter's migraines. One quick Google search eased my mind that our specialist was indeed correct.

My daughter has a complicated medical history with a multitude of hospital stays and more in her future. She has finally been able to decrease her medication intake, and at 13, we had decided to trust her with the small amount of medication that she now has. She lied about taking her pill(s). Doctor questioned my parenting and threatened to call DHS.

I wonder if the doctor has a superiority complex, enjoys making little girls cry (When she asked that he leave the room so she could talk to me, he sternly told her that he was the doctor and he was talking), or was un-nerved by a modest dressed woman. I've used St Mary's in the past for both my daughter and myself and have received quality care and attention, but after today's visit that left both my daughter and myself in tears, I won't be back.

I came with my mother and we came here around 9:30. It is currently 2:30am. All they have done to her is give her shots and blood work, they didn't even do anything until I told them she was going to throw up.

My several visits to St Mary's clinic, emergency room and x-ray department was always a positive experience. Always helpful when questions regarding charges incurred at time of services.

I had to visit this hospital today for a pelvic ultrasound. I was in and out within an hour. My Admitting Specialist, Brittany, was very sweet and punctual. Every staff member that I came in contact with was very nice to me. I didn't get the name of my Ultrasound Tech, but she was also very kind, quick, and good at her job! Would recommend to anyone.

I took my husband to ER one day complaining of chest pain. His blood pressure was 240/190! They said his heart was fine and when I asked about the blood pressure I was informed they can only treat him for his original complaint. They said, as we were leaving, if it gets worse come back in and I said, I guess I can just watch for the stroke because that's about all y'all will do anyway!
