Just moved here and needed a repair to my glasses. Went in and Mary was so helpful. Enjoyed talking with her and the receptionist (both are super nice). They have a great selection of frames! I will be back for my next pair!

Wife bought new prescription glasses for over $600, and 3 months later the frames broke, called to ask about if the would fix them, and was told that they didn't have a warranty, because she only got the $80 frames.

I was a Clinical Representative for an optometric medical device purchased by Ferris Eye in 2019. While I was visiting the office I mentioned to a wonderful lady named Mary that I needed good sunglasses. She was a very good salesperson. she talked me into the top of the line frames, which were exquisite and, since I've been in the industry for 15 years, I purchased the best possible lenses and coatings to protect my eyes.

That's the point of sunglasses, right? Long story short, here it is 2022 and my beautiful frames broke at the temple. I was soooo upset. I treat those glasses like gold, but the hinge wore out, unfixable! Well, I called Mary. She remembered me and felt for my unfortunate situation, and she knew just how much I spent total! Totally worth my investment sunglasses!

She is working hard with the Caviar Rep to fix my problem. She went out of her way to research and help me find a solution. If you are near Jasper, AL, definitely make an appointment and find some beautiful, exclusive frames that you can only get at that office, and ask for Mary. PS. The doctor is wonderful too,

I am a 25+ year contact/glasses wearer. After 2 weeks of ORTHO K contacts, my vision is great! You only wear them while you sleep, take out the next morning and BAM.perfect vision near and far for all day! It took 2 weeks only because I wasn't putting them in or taking out correctly. Would have been less time had I been doing it correctly. Dr. Ferris and his staff are wonderful and I have never left with a question unanswered. They take all the time necessary to assist with any questions. As an initial doubter. I can promise to everyone this works! I wish I would have heard of this years ago!

After moving from Tuscaloosa and reading the reviews, I decided to bring my six year old to this eye clinic even though it was not in-network with our insurance. Everything was great until it was time to see the doctor. It didn't take very long for the doctor to become frustrated with my son. He still proceeded with eye drops, and called us back a few minutes later.

Within 15 minutes the doctor decided he didn't have the patience to fully exam my sons eyes, and we would have to reschedule for another day. (My son wasn't jumping around acting a fool, he just couldn't keep his eyes open) So instead of trying multiple techniques this doctor decided he didn't have the patience, and now I've used our only insurance covered eye exam for some eye drops.

This was a total waste of my time and money. I have never left a doctors office in tears until today. So instead of rescheduling I will gladly drive an hour an thirty minutes for my son to see a doctor who has bed side manners and patience.

Wonderful eye clinic! Dr Ferris, along with his staff, Mary and Ellen, are not only knowledgeable and professional, but very kind and compassionate. Eye exams give me terrible anxiety because I'm very claustrophobic, but they all are very comforting and understanding. I highly recommend Ferris Eye Care!

Wound up getting two pairs of glasses, One for everyday use and the other for computer use, they are awesome. The prices on frames is a bit higher than other places I seen them, but the customer service and lens options more than make up for it.

From the first ring of my phone call to make my contact exam to the last step onto the sidewalk I had the most enjoyable and pleasant experience. The staff is absolutely wonderful and inviting. Dr. Ferris himself is a warm sweet patient man. Very thorough and informative. I definitely recommend them.the entire facility and staff. If I could've rated 20 stars I would have.

Ferris Eye Clinic is AMAZING! I drive from Huntsville because Dr. Ferris expertise with Ortho K is exceptional! THANK YOU Dr. Ferris for giving me my vision back and for all you do! The support staff, specifically Mary and Erin, are warm, caring and knowledgeable! Keep up the great work!

Loving the Ortho-K lenses-on week 3 and so far so good! 100% improvement in vision without glasses or surgery. Nice office, great location, friendly competent staff! "Full Service Eye Care" Give Dr Ferris a try he will exceed all expectations.

I hope I never have to deal with this company again. This town is too small for me to go into detail about how horrible my experience was and all the details of what happened. You can't trust anyone in the building, and they are so loud and over the top "polite" it's uncomfortable and clearly insincere. That aside, I will say the man is skilled. He provided the most accurate prescription I've had in a long time. But who cares? They are over priced and dishonest.
