Do not recommend this practice. They have repeatedly not listened to concerns I have given them and had to go to my primary care doctor to figure out what was going on with me.

Literally came here for a check up and PAP Smear in April. Never got my results. Although they say 'no news is good news', I called in June to make sure my test was indeed, normal. Called office and left message with receptionist who said the doctor would call me back with my results. Never called back. Called again the following week only to find out that the PAP smear results were NEVER SENT TO THE LAB.

So the test was never taken. DOn't you think the office should have contacted me to redo this test? No, instead they did nothing after they messed up. Absolutely ridiculous. If an individual messing something up it's the office's job to correct it. Not to ignore it and hope that it goes away.

The staff is always pleasant, however the wait times are excessive. I am here for a second appt within 10 days and am now in the waiting room (not in with the doctor yet) 40 minutes past my appt time, so far. Frustrating when you have to use work time to come for our appt.

Not completely sure how I feel yet. First pregnancy visit they did my pap since it's over due. They do not do the ultra sounds here so I have a script to go get it done else where they check all vitals do blood work and check my baby's heart. There are 6 different doctors here that will rotate so I meet them all they deliver out of penn hospital which ever doctor on call will be there.

It would be nice if they were able to do everything all in one place of course not the delivery but everything else. We will see how I feel next visit. And I will be seeing a high risk doctor which is a specialist somewhere else. I've now seen all the doctors here. I like most everyone I've met. They do listen and take there time. I saw a pa today Suzy I was not impressed she took forever to see me. Everyone else is awesome and the office staff are great too.

I have seen Dr. Gallagher for years and recently saw NP Allison both are wonderful. Their not just medical professionals they actually take the time to listen, don't rush you in and out. The staff is friendly as well.
