You can ignore a plantar wart and let it go away on its own. But, you may wait a year or longer for the wart to disappear, and during that time, it continues to grow and cause pain. I called to inquire about picking up a moleskin/felt type of material i was given by a doctor and the woman who answered the phone was very rude and kept cutting me off. She then proceeded to hang up the phone on me.

I wish you could get your money back if a doctor doesn't help you. I hobbled in with all signs pointing to Morton's neuroma. In a lot of pain and looking for answers. Dr. Woeste offered no compassion or help (Other than telling me to get harder shoes), and dismissed the neuroma because it was an inch to the left on a different nerve. I have since had another doctor tell it's a neuroma just by looking and touching it. If you are looking for answers for serious foot problems- more than your basic warts, calluses, and bunions, go elsewhere.

Dr Ward is an excellent dr. I would NOT go to another Dr. He always listens and I usually feel better in a few days.

Dr Ward was available to see me the same day I called. He diagnosed my problem and gave me advice about using more supportive footwear and in one day, that change alone made a big improvement. I was given an exercise to do and a suggestion for a topical pain reliever. I have a follow up on two weeks and expect, I see a vast improvement in my feet.

The level of incompetence I experienced here was astounding and led to ongoing medical problems that have cost me significantly more than what it should have. I am amazed people are describing the office as clean; it emphatically was not. Staff did not seem to know what to do at times, and the doctors were indifferent, contradictory of each other, and told me "medical advice" that every other physician I've met with since that time told me was awful medical practice. To top it off, I was then billed for something that I was originally told was covered under my up-front payment. I cannot recommend against this practice strongly enough.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value I was greeted very courteously and friendly by Kat at the front desk. She helped me complete my new patient paperwork. Dr. Woeste was very professional and took care of my medical issue. I enjoyed my visit and would recommend Dr. Woeste to others.

It's almost a five star review. I personally know Dr. Ward I think he would do an excellent job with my mother. My wife has had some issues with people that she has had phone calls with and that is she is unsatisfied. That is my only reason that I did not give five stars is because of the wife's interaction with staff. I am thankful for all the employees of Dr. ward's and Dr. Ward as well.

AMAZING FACILITY. I went for a visit on 10/01 and I had an appointment first thing in the morning. I had made it early so I called the front desk and a lady named Kat was able to let me in so I could give her some of my paperwork. Then I was greeted by Sheena and Dr. Hall. Very nice personalities all around. When Dr. Hall performed my surgery she let me know what she was doing at all times. I was reassured every step of the way. Staff like the ones here are the reason people look forward to their appoinments.
