Where the patient comes first! We are honored that you have chosen to visit our site. We hope you find the resources here helpful and informative. The providers and staff at Foothill Family Clinic endeavor to offer the highest quality healthcare while striving to give our patients the best possible experience. From onsite labs and radiology to telehealth and video options for many appointments, Foothill Family Clinic is here for you throughout your lifetime healthcare needs. We currently have three locations throughout Salt Lake County to serve you.
Services
Foothill Family Clinic has been a part of the Salt Lake Medical Community since 1976. We opened our North location in 1984, our South location in 1997, and our Draper location in 2016. From two primary care providers, we have expanded to our current staff of 23 primary care physicians, 12 physician assistants, 3 nurse practitioners, a neurologist, and a podiatrist.
The services offered at Foothill Family Clinic provide comprehensive care of the highest quality to patients of all ages. Our patients often find that each step of care can be handled within one facility. For example, a patient who comes in with an ankle injury will find that their exam, x-ray, and orthopedic boot fitting can all be completed within the same facility. This beginning-to-end care cycle allows patients to be on their way in a fraction of the time such care requires when visiting multiple facilities.
The mission of Foothill Family Clinic is to provide exceptional quality care while keeping the patient first. Constantly striving to improve the quality and types of services delivered to our patients. Having a good moral compass, which is grounded by principles such as Integrity, Responsibility, and Compassion.
Foothill Family Clinic is committed to creating a better healthcare experience for our patients by working in a more collaborative system. Shared accountability creates a framework to meet medical needs in a more efficient and effective manner. Being a member of an accountable care organization ensures that our patients are receiving the highest quality of services at all levels of care, from treatment to cost considerations. It is our belief that communication and broad spectrum accountability serve as the cornerstone in improving healthcare experiences for patients.

Didn't even get to schedule an appointment. Lady at the front desk was very short and unhelpful. Trying to schedule an appointment for symptoms of tiredness, shortness of breath when exercising, and fatigue that's lasted for months. Lady said "it sounds like Covid. Go get a test that's not an at home one and wait to schedule after" I'd appreciate being able to see a doctor to be diagnosed rather than by the receptionist over the phone or even at least scheduling the appointment and bringing the results with me to show if I was negative and it's something else. Instead, I got an outright refusal for an appointment. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Won't be calling back regardless of the results because of how I was treated.

I am going to find a new doctor. This place has next to no regard for their patients. They are rude and unhelpful. Their billing department is horrible. They have credited our payment to the wrong patient twice. Also, the doctor we went to missed a major diagnosis that could have cost my husband his life. This place just acts like they do not care. Patient care and professionalism is very low on their list of priorities. I hope there is better healthcare in the Salt Lake Valley because this is NOT the place.

I've been going here for the last 10 years. I can always get an appointment when I need one, I've never had to wait more than about 20 minutes before I'm taken back to see the provider, and the lab is usually very fast. It's never fun to see a doctor, but these guys do a pretty good job.

Appointment was easy to make, and the test was done on time.

I've been going to this clinic for 20 years. I've interacted with a great number of the medical professionals here, and they've all been wonderful - in particular, Drs Cox, Longe, and Coleman. Thanks!

I've been going to a general practitioner at this location for over 20 years. I called today to schedule an appointment and since I haven't been in for over 2 years, I'm considered a new patient. Since this doctor (who I've been seeing for 20 years) isn't accepting new patients, I can't book an appointment with him. Not sure how treating patients like this fits into their "WHERE THE PATIENT COMES FIRST" motto, unless it is just to make them feel like they care when they don't.

Dr. Rohr and her secretary Sylvia are amazing! They have gone out of their way to really help me find the right treatment and options for me. They are great at listening and remember me by name. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Rohr to anyone.

Just tried to make an appointment with a new provider at this facility (as my previous provider left). It was the worst experience I have ever had with a clinic. Rude and unprofessional! Most of all, not helpful at all. I ended up hanging up. Crazy to me that this place is even open.

This location is a nightmare. Everything from the too peppy nursing students to the jerk doctors. Whatever happened to having good bedside manner? Isn't that a part of the job? You shouldn't insult your patients for not knowing a medication they took a year ago. I recommend everyone drives to the Foothill location instead. This Cottonwood Heights location is beyond terrible. And avoid seeing Diana. Terrible doctor. Not one of my questions was answered directly. I had to ask multiple questions to get the answer I was looking for.
