This hospital should really have more stars than it does. The staff here goes over and beyond to take care of their patients and see that they get the best care possible. They are very attentive, caring and treat your loved one like family. I was a little worried with Covid, but the staff made sure that things were sanitary, wiped down and that my LO had her mask when leaving her room. I am very pleased with the care that my LO received! This hospital definitely deserves more stars than I am able to give!

Nice staff however they are not very attentive. Multiple times I had paged the nurses station, only for someone to show up over an hour later, on more than one occasion. Weather it's medication needed, comfort, assistance with machine they have you hooked up to, whichever, should not take over an hour to assist someone, ESPECIALLY in a hospital.

I am starting to think there needs to be an investigation on events going on in here. Family members going in.and then? Anyone else having similar experiences? I didn't ask for the hospital heads to respond. I am asking other patients or family members, to respond. Note taken, "The hospital wants to address the issues". No, patients and family members should address the issues amongst ourselves first.

But since you responded diligently, here is one question. Where can patients and family members who experiences with your services communicate with each other in an open forum, willing to share as patients? Go ahead.

My dad was there for two weeks. No visitors were allowed and it was very hard to get updates. I had to continuously call. He temporarily lost his walker and phone charger because one of the nurses deliberately took them to a different room for some reason. Make sure you label your belongings. He said that it seemed like the nurses didn't care and were mean at times.

He also overheard a a patient get kicked out of his room because he was discharged but his ride was still an hour away. I will not be taking him there again if I can help it.

Be careful going here. My wife took our daughter to get a rapid developing rash and swelling that covered her body and face over less then 10 mins. Was told the doctor was not available till 8. After few hours. A assistant tech who worked the patient waiting area went off at my wife after asking what should we do. Total 6 hours. The tech violated my daughter's, as well as 2 other patients privacy, thus a hippa compliance violation, by yelling out what all 3 were being treated for during her yelling rant.

Upon hearing about this I had to loudly ask a nurse to find out what is going on from out side. Before anything was done. The doctor eventually talked to my wife and clarified and resolved this. Damage done we wont be using this hospital. We could have been told its just an allergic reaction go home and give benadryl. That is not what happened. Place was empty. Not like they had a lot of people there. They may have been "full in the back". But empty when we arrived and only a few people came to er while there.

Honestly, prior to giving birth to my second son, I was nervous about this hospital being the one I'd deliver at. Simply because of some of the bad reviews I had read on here. Glad I saw for myself that this hospital has such nice nurses, caring health care workers and helpful staff. Way better experience than the hospital I delivered my first son at.

I will never forget how well I was cared for, and the genuine compassion of the staff while I was there. Clean environment, super helpful with giving out resources, great hospitality. Thank you Fountain Valley Regional Hospital!

Clean remodeled up to date equipment, staff Nurses and the CNA's are kind hard working people trying to help others. But people only look for the tiny bit of a problem and run with it. Please we all need to see the good in others we don't have to many nice things to say to each other as it is. God said give love, you will get love back. Our Doctors are the most precious gems here because they saved a lot of lives, our management team keep us open with out them we would be closed and our kitchen staff work hard to send out the patients food on time. I am

If I could give this terrible hospital a zero star, I would give them a zero. The emergency drop off is relatively efficient and their check in area is pretty efficient. Probably the only good thing about this place. However, it's their lack of care for their patients that come into the emergency area to get care is the sad part. The patient lobby would be pack, while their "extra staff" would wonder around the lobby area looking completely lost at the work place. While, some of the staff would mumble your first and last name and giving zero efforts into looking for you in the lobby area.

We are in a pandemic, but you have staff that look as thought they do not belong at this place! I am extremely disgusted at their moral and work ethnic. The state should come down and check this work place out!

You state that your hospital is all about compassion For the people? Well I'm a advocate for the people. My boyfriend is one of your Pt. And so is his ROOMMATE WHO is a hospice cancer pt, of yours, I was visiting my boyfriend on December 25, and his roommates Nurse named Susan was the worst nurse I've seen working with a hospice pt, she was forcing him to take liquid he was telling her he didn't want it, it was to cold but she continue to forced him to drink.

She was rude to him as rude to me. I'm writing this because I believe she needs to be removed from doing her job if she not willing to live up to the oath she took, I will be calling the state to complain to them about her oh the room they are in hasn't been cleaned since I don't know when. A blue plastic glove has been on the floor since Friday there is soiled lien cart that is full and in their bathroom since Friday. I believe the health department may need to be called if the floor's aren't clean on the second floor of the east towers I mean every room and hall way
