Doctor Foye as usual is the most compassionate doctor I have ever met. He is truly concerned with my well-being and thoroughly explains all procedures. I would recommend him to anyone with very unique conditions like my coccyx pain.

Dr. Foye seems to be very knowledgeable on tailbone issues. However, he has only one trick and he's trying to sell it to all patients: it's steroid injections. He would always try to lure you into doing an injection even if it's not helpful for you. When I saw him from out of state and we did the sit-stand Xray, I had a lot of doubts that the injection could be helpful to me.

Especially that I had already done one before. Yet he kept convincing me that his injection is different than others and it could benefit me. Anyway I agreed with him and went ahead with the injection. And sure enough I got zero benefit out of it. And now I have to deal with the gigantic bills that are coming from his billing office. I just received an $8.6k bill after I already paid $600 on the spot before I did the injection and my insurance paid them another $400.

Isn't $1000 enough for a simple procedure that took less than 15 minutes?! When does this greed end?! This is not to mention his completely disorganized and unprofessional staff, and the very messy and dirty clinic. I really regret flying across the country to see him.

Dr. Patrick M. Foye is a very nice doctor who cares for his patients. His team gave me a copy of his book "Tailbone Pain Relief Now! Causes and Treatments for Your Sore or Injured Coccyx". The book is a very useful tool for patients experiencing tailbone pain and Dr. Foye is the specialist to help you! I became his patient and even a fan reader of his work!

This review is years overdue, but I'm writing it now as I was looking up Dr. Foye's info for a friend. I had terrible coccyx pain years ago and he did one of those injection treatments (I don't recall the formal name, but everyone was wearing x-ray protective covering). Anyway, 15 years later I'm still pain free in that area.

I flew my 17 year old daughter almost 700 miles, from SC to NJ, to seek treatment from Dr. Patrick Foye. She had already seen about 8 different physicians locally, 4 different chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, even an acupuncturist and no one could help with or even diagnose the source of her intense pain. Dr. Foye was the first and only physician that spent a lot of time listening to her and truly understood how debilitating her pain was.

He answered both of our questions and never made us feel rushed or unimportant like so many other physicians have. The special X-ray technique and detailed MRI instructions were truly amazing. The difference in the quality of images produced was unreal and was crucial in diagnosing the actual problem. Dr. Foye saw a clear explanation for her pain on MRI images that a local radiologist and her regular physician missed.

After years of being told she just had to learn to live with the pain, she had begun to feel that life wasn't worth living. Dr. Foye has changed our lives and given us hope that one day soon she will be in less pain. He is a phenomenal physician with vast knowledge about coccyx pain and a compassionate, patient demeanor that inspires confidence in his very detailed treatment plan.

I have read his book twice and often look at his website for advice and encouragement. He also makes himself readily available to his patients via email and telehealth visits. I would recommend anyone with coccyx pain to see him. Thank you Dr. Foye for giving us answers and hope for a better future!

Like most of Dr. Foye's patients, I found myself in his office after seeing multiple doctors and almost not believing that anyone would understand the magnitude of my horrific pain, nor found the source of it. Dr. Foye was the very first to listen to me and to examine me. Looking at the images brought by me of MRIs he immediately noticed both: abnormalities in my coccyx and lack of image of coccyx on others, that were not noticed by 17 other, highly respected specialists.

Pain of subluxated coccyx is so intense that thoughts of suicide are not rare between suffering patients. His kindness, not rushing during detailed interview put me at ease and helped me adequately answer his questions. He is not eager to send his patients for surgery. Some are lucky to benefit just from his procedures that he performs almost painlessly, even the most feared one--nerve ablation. I wish there were more Dr. Foyes available to treat suffering people. He is a phenomenal physician, scientist and a human.

Unfortunately, Dr. Foye was a big disappointment to me. After reading his book and all the great reviews, I had such high hopes. I could readily overlook the disorganized and rude staff if I had some relief from my coccyx pain that I have been suffering from for over 5 years. I was so surprised at the condition of his office. It was so messy, out of date and dirty.

He administered an injection and when it didn't work, he advised me that there was nothing more HE could do. He did suggest that I see a surgeon to have the coccyx removed. That is not an option that I want to pursue after hearing such horror stories. I was so surprised that he seemed to be "a one trick pony" for me. I really thought he could do more. Hopefully, others will have a better experience that I did. It seems that he is more interested in writing books and giving talks than actually dealing with patients.

After three months of time and effort trying to diagnose and treat my coccyx injury I had nothing but diagnostic guesses, XRAYS X3, an MRI and four injections that were misplaced. I now have an accurate diagnosis and a tailored treatment plan. Dr. Foye is maybe the best doctor I have ever been to and I am 67. The time and expense flying to see him was well spent. Highly recommend this consummate professional. Grace in the office was terrific!

First and and foremost, i am not the person who writes reviews unless its exceptional. Dr Foye is amazing. He is an extremely educated doctor who can provide some great solutions to your coxy pain. I was with him today and he spent a lot of time educating me with the conditions and treatment options. I drove 200 miles to see him, his staff of doctors as well as his front desk Grace are very helpful. I highly recommend him as he is one of the best in the country.

So grateful for Dr. Foye's expertise in treating coccyx pain. As others have described, he diagnosed my issues using his special imaging techniques. I got nerve block + steroid using guided injection method. I was completely pain free for 6 months and just received 2nd round of injections. I'll go back whenever I need for more. Grace, in his office, has been very helpful! Seriously, if you have debilitating coccyx pain, he's your man!
