Services
An exam on a healthy person with no symptoms to look for hidden disease and give advice on healthy behavior. Getting the right preventive services at the right time can help you stay healthy by preventing disease or by detecting a health problem at an early stage when it may be easier to treat. Covered by most insurance.
We recommend you consider a walk-in visit before going to the emergency department. FPCA after hours care can be quicker, with a lower cost and better results, compared to a crowded ER that may require unnecessary tests or hospital stays. Your FPCA provider knows your complete medical history** and may be able to handle non-life threatening illness or injuries, offer you a same or next day appointment, or refer you to another provider. When to get walk-in care? The FPCA After Hours Clinic has extended hours outside of normal office hours.
For virtual visit availability and hours at a specific location, please visit your FPCA office location's page. A virtual visit is similar to an office visit with your provider, but instead of coming to the office, you will be connected by a secure video link with your provider. A webcam and microphone are required to conduct a virtual visit!
The Frederick Primary Care Associates office at 63 Thomas Johnson Drive Suite E has been home to Dr. DelGrippo, Dr. Lerner, Dr. Hundemer and Nurse Practitioner Tammie Moreland since its doors first opened in 2001. Since then, the office has added additional providers Dr. Kaur, Lindsay McBurney PA-C, and Hillary Borsa CRNP to help better serve the community.

Staff is SO rude. There has not been a single time they have been kind and understanding. I do not recommend this location. Im switching doctors. Only good person is Allison.

Doctor was great but the nurse was incredibly rude to myself and my kids. Had a clear attitude when we were trying to explain symptoms and when trying to swab their throats got irritated because they were scared. (A 4 and 5 year old, so this is understandable). When she couldn't get my 4 year old to let her do it she got irritated after not even 60 seconds, said "I don't have time for this" threw the swab away, and i heard her in the hallway venting about them to the doctor.

Any other doctor I have been to has been great with both of my kids and will work with us. I understand being busy, but that is not an excuse for the attitude nor is it an excuse to treat children this way. This woman does not belong in the health care field and I say that as someone who works in health care as well. I'm highly disappointed this practice allows staff to have this kind of attitude.

One star for having good hours and a walk in clinic, which is a fantastic idea. However, please be aware if you make an appointment, this is a 10 minute appointment. Yes. 10 minutes. If you have a complex issue that they cannot cover in a 10 minute appointment, you will be asked to schedule a separate appointment to try and get the help you need. If you call to discuss your bloodwork results, be prepared to be rushed off the phone.

This practice changed a lot since 2016, and this never used to be the case with this office. No one at this practice takes the time to help their patients anymore. Also I received a referral to another doctor and medical advice from the office manager over the phone; the office manager is NOT a doctor. This made me very uncomfortable. If you are healthy maybe none of these things matter but if you have a health concern, you will likely be treated like cattle.

Remember when doctors used to take the time to talk to their patients and help them? Dr. Lee was old school like this and a kind doctor. He retired from this practice recently and this is no longer how things are at this practice. Get it done in 10 mins, don't ask questions, pay your copay, and get out! Like a car wash except it's human bodies!

This is an excellent practice with lots of locations, convenient hours, well-trained and friendly doctors, and very helpful staff. I have been coming here for years. And contrary to one of the other reviews posted, I have never witnessed any remotely discriminatory behavior from staff. The staff and patients are very diverse here, as this practice serves all of Frederick.

Best office in Frederick. All staff and doctors friendly, helpful and accommodating as possible. Doctors LISTEN and actually figure out what is wrong and fix it. I'll never go anywhere else.

I guess, what this place advertised on the website is not true, walk in, I went there to be seen, the ladies at the front desk, reteratly made it clear that Black people are not welcome, remember I have good insurance, well I have experienced such evil act but I would've expected at Primary care clinic.
