Close to home, great staff. very friendly and place very clean.

This facility surprised me when I was handed an iPad to fill out my information & family history. The staff/technician were polite, pleasant & professional.

I had all satisfactory communication with real people. This is unusual in today's robo call world. All were accommodating to my requests and reduced the anxiousness aspects. Five Stars earned!

I have used Princeton Radiology ( formerly Freehold Radiology ) for as long as I can remember ( at least 30+ years ). They are always courteous, helpful and professional. They are the only ones I would consider when I need X-Rays, CT scans or other radiological services. They are the BEST.

They delete bad reviews, so if you leave a bad review they will most likely delete it. But this is the worst place i've ever worked for. The techs are really nice and professional but the management is horrible and some of the staff will act nice and smile in your face but talk about you behind your back. Grown adults talking about you and whispering is very childish.

The manager Celeste is rude to the patients and favors certain employees. I had an abscess on my breast which had me out of work for 3 days due to the amount of heavy pain I was in. I had a small surgical procedure done to get rid of it and Celeste fired me because of that and said she didnt understand why I had to miss work (even though I communicated everything with her and had valid doctor's note ).

I'm actually glad that happened because it made me realize how much I dont want to work in an environment that is not welcoming. I don't recommend anyone work here unless you are ready to deal with a lot of grown adults who act like children.

Princeton Radiology was absolutely wonderful. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. I have never had anything but positive experiences and the Marlboro office is so convenient and so terrific.

Staff went above and beyond to fit me in for two orders tests by the end of the year. They were fantastic thought my whole experience. Especially during this time of Covid, their personalities were professional. The health care field has worked so very hard. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Scheduling was a snap. I was setup with an appointment that fit my schedule and the staff and technical people at the Centra State facility were very caring and generous of their time and care for my wellbeing. Thank you MRI group.

Dr. Mezzacappa was absolutely fabulous! He was kind, thoughtful and reassuring when I was feeling uncertain. In the moments where you are worried, you need someone like him to help calm you down. He was incredible and his kindness will not be forgotten. The entire staff is warm and welcoming and made the appointments as pleasant as possible.

I can't say enough about my appreciation of every aspect of Princeton Radiology. I have had to schedule a great deal with them and have never had anything but a positive experience. The front-desk and scheduling personnel are professional and personable, the technicians are knowledgeable and efficient, the billing department is reasonable and willing to work with clientele, the facilities are clean and comfortable, and the medical records department is helpful. I consider Princeton Radiology one of the best medical establishments I have ever had to deal with.
