My issues were taken care of almost immediately. They checked the spots on my face, took a biopsy of 1 spot, went on and removed it, said the other 2 shouldn't be a problem. All the staff was very friendly and I would recommend them! Never met with Dr Rodgers. The PA's were very knowledgeable & friendly.

I love Dr. Rodgers and his team! They are so kind and knowledgeable. I first sought help from another doctor who had a horrible bed side manner and I left almost in tears. The I found Rodgers Dermatology. I'm never made to feel like they don't have time for me or that my questions are silly. Always a great experience with outcomes not only that they guarantee, but that I hope for!

Had a couple of benign cysts that were getting annoyingly big and needed to go. Came by for an initial visit for the Doctor to take a look and set a date for the minor surgery. They were able to get me in a week or two which I appreciated. The office staff was super friendly. The date of the surgery arrived and they quickly Brought me to a room. The procedure went quickly. Had an instance where I was feeling light headed and not well after the numbing agent was injected, but the doctors assistance knew exactly what to do.

After the surgery paid. The price was fair. I know because I had a couple of chats removed 25 years before. They had charged a little over $400, while Roger's in the $500's. Overall, great experience. They have a well run office. Thank hanks guys!

I visited for an all over skin check and was very happy with the staff and Lauren. I'm a RN so I research doctors and offices before I make an appointment for myself and my family. I'm very happy that I found Rodgers Dermatology!

Shady bill practice. Should have known it was a red flag when I was waiting to be seen and there was another patient discussing her bill. I made the appointment for a specific thing, which was covered under my insurance. When I got there they said it was for what I made the appointment for, she said while walking me down the hall to the room also.

Then on the way out and 2 weeks later I get a bill for my visit with it worded as something else. I questioned them about it, and there response was "we don't word it like that" and refused to change it to what I made the appointment for, and what they told me when I was there for my appointment. So them sticking me with the full bill. Not happy and won't be back. Get them to tell you everything up front. If not your get hit with a bill later for something else.

I had a really good experience at Dr. Rodger's office. I mean who doesn't? He is so professional and knows what he's doing. I was a bit scared when I got fillers injected by my eyes, but he is so nice and has a gentle approach, you kinda forget the pain. Thanks again to you and the office staff. Stay safe and mask up!

I have never been to a dermatologist before and had no ideal what to expect. I was quite surprised that my time it the waiting room was short as well as my time in the exam room. To me time is a commodity, and been a commodity its money! Not only was my concerns addressed but they were taken care of right on the spot; meaning I did not have to come back. I don't do SURVEYS, but I will this time. This crew is like a well oiled machine.

Dr. Rodgers cares and he takes the time to ensure that everything is right. Not many would have put forth the effort he did to ensure that I was comfortable with the treatment that my son was given.

Linda is amazing but the front office is not great at all They have a rewards programs and while wanting to use a sizable number of point today they said the treatment had to be purchased online. The website never states that. very dishonest way of doing business. I spend significar $$$ here and it si such a putty they are losing a customer over their own dishonesty.

If you are in need of a Dermatologist you need to look no further, because Doctor Rogers and his staff are the best. Doctor Rogers takes the time to make sure you understand the situation and reviews your options. His Nurses are extremely good at everything they do. Take my word for it, this is a medical practice that excels at everything.

Dr. Rodgers helped me more in one visit than my previous dermatologist did in 5 years. He laid out long term and cost-effective options to treat my psoriasis, and I finally saw results after many frustrating years of treating individual flare-ups, only to have them eventually return. I wish I had found Dr. Rodgers sooner, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

I visited because I had some odd bumps on my face. Within 5 seconds of walking in, the PA told me what they were and for $150 she could freeze them off. She was in the room about 3 minutes. I returned for the next appointment and someone else who didn't identify herself (nurse? assistant?) froze them off. I had to point out a couple spots to her, one of which she said "uh, I don't know what that is but I'll freeze it and we will see".

Waste of time. All bumps are still on my face over a month later. I didn't feel like anyone at the practice was concerned with helping my skin nor were they very professional so I won't bother going back and I don't recommend them.

Not a great first impression and that's all it took too. Staff seem "busy", Doc appeared preoccupied and I didnt think he was at all concerned about me, and a request for follow up treatment was never conducted by the staff. Hence, I moved on to a practiced concerned about me.

Dr. Rogers is amazing. After a long and terrible marriage/relationship my face paid the price. Years of worry started to creep up on me and I was always too afraid to do Botox. Well after reading reviews etc, and taking the necessary steps to prepare along with realistic expectations I made an appointment for Botox with Dr. Rodgers. I did use a groupon but the service was excellent and my results are natural. It's always a risk but if you have the right injector and have realistic expectations and seek conservative changes; you won't be disappointed. He's great and his office staff is friendly and courteous.

I wish I'd done it sooner and plan to be a life long patient. Erin F. In McKinney, Texas 2019- I still love this practice and now use his nurse Lauren. She's great. Botox with moderation is cheaper than spending 200$ on creams that do not work!

I had several laser treatments done by the doctor. He took about 5 minutes to do the treatment, which when I have had it done at other places lasts about 20 minutes, to half hour, minimum. Each time I went back he saw there was little to no result, and still gave me another cursory treatment. He doesn't care about the patient, nor his reputation, evidently. Sorry, but this is place is not for me.

Dr. Rodgers saw me today and was very professional and addressed all my needs. My Nurse Jessica went over and beyond my expectations. She was very thorough and asked a lot of questions. One of the friendliest people I've ever met in this office. Love her! As a business owner I would hire her in a heartbeat!

Horrible experience! They're all about making $$$ and not taking care of patients. Went in for a simple spot treatment of liquid nitrogen. Was told it would heal in a week and it has been 3 months! Came in for a followup a few weeks after initial visit and was given a second treatment. Still no healing. Third visit they told me to leave it alone and that it wasn't infected and it will heal on its own.

It took less than 2min to tell me that and they charged me $78! Waited another few wks and still no healing. Called and was told that I would need another treatment. Are you freakin kidding me?! I was there few weeks ago and you didn't give me another treatment but still charged me and now I needed another treatment with charge?! NOT EVER COMING BACK!

Misdiagnosing! He is there to just make money and not trying to help people. Save your time and money, go to a different doctor

PA Rushing is wonderful! Let me start by saying that. She listens to my concerns and tries to find a solution that will not exacerbate any of my other concern areas. I was referred to her by a coworker and was so glad to find her after moving down here. I didn't think I would have any problems here. Then there is her assistant. Each time I have called in and left a voicemail it hasn't been listened to all of the way through and I've received a call from Cynthia who would rather be right than listen to what is being asked.

This wouldn't be so frustrating except that she is incredibly abrasive and honestly rude when she makes assumptions and doesn't explain anything. I have battled acne for years and am very familiar with the drugs and their side effects and what to pay attention to. What I'm not familiar with is this locations office policies. Some dermatologists only need to see you once a year, or once every six months to make sure a drug is working.

When I asked this I was told they have to see me once a year. No big deal. I can do once a year. Heck! I can do six times a year, but for an innate drug that requires little to no monitoring I won't. My biggest frustration is that instead of listening to understand what is being requested you listen to respond quickly and get off the phone which leads to you not knowing what I'm asking for when you decline the prescription!

Active listening is a skill that is clearly lacking here. I didn't understand the other reviews on here until my second failed interaction with the same person. I requested a refill of prescription x and am told prescription y isn't available for refill. So I'm being denied a refill based on a drug I wasn't requesting. That's cool.

I don't care about that prescription because I don't need it. Now I need to maintain my skin and the prescription to maintain it is the one you didn't listen to the voicemail to hear and then called me to argue with me about it Bravo. Human interaction is a huge part of your job. Learn how to talk to people without acting like I'm an inconvenience to your schedule.
