I have been a patient here for more than 12 years. The PAs and staff are always kind to me and have a genuine interest in my health and well-being.

I brought my mom and everyone was super nice and friendly. Alma helped with checking us in and helping out the front office staff which made our visit super quick and easy. We will definitely come back.

My previous doctor's office had been seeing me since I was 8 years old, but treated me like a stranger and provided sub-par care. In 2014, I chose to switch doctors and went to Frisco Urgent Care and Clinic. Let me tell you: Dr. Ekweani and other doctors at FUCC changed my life! Eight years later, the providers and staff remain compassionate, friendly, and listen to my needs.

When I call or come in, Alma is so kind and helpful, and Courtney is understanding and honest. If I have an urgent request, Courtney does her best to make it happen. I live in Denton and I still make the drive to Frisco, because this place is truly the needle in a haystack. I cannot recommend going to Frisco Urgent Care and Clinic enough!

Nurse Jessica is absolutely amazing and took care if all of my issues answering all of my medical related questions. If there were more people like her in the medical field I personally believe that overall experiences would be easier and very pleasant regardless of the issue at hand.

Nurse Rebecca, PA Meagan along with the Entire Team are Awesome. They listen to your needs and give their expert opinion on the path best suited for your health conditions. I don't like to visit more than twice a year for my physicals. but if I have to go. I know I'll be taken care of

Wish I had known about survey years ago. I love this place and all my PA's! Especially of course Megan. Megan has saved my life and sanity so many times. Always so patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Today I met Karen who was equally patient and helpful. I have a lot of doctors and a lot of medical offices to go to. This is the best of all of them.

I've been a patient here for 2 years and still have issues with them not sending in my medication to the pharmacy after my monthly MEDICATION appointment. I had to call the office 6 times over the course of 2 days to get my medication sent electronically to the pharmacy. Even after they sent in the 3 medications ( separately might I add ) they forgot my 4th one.

It's been almost a week since my appointment and I dont have my depression meds. The pa's are really nice but I will have to go elsewhere if I need to chase down my prescriptions every month.
