I would give zero stars if I could. Poor organization on staff's part. We drove two hours to get to my husband's appointment before he shipped off with the military. They refused to see us because we were "late" although we arrived EARLIER than our appointment time. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, they miscommunicated the available time to us and made a mistake. However, they should have been able to work with us seeing as we arrived earlier than the appointment time that was communicated to us; and also seeing as there were only MAYBE two other patients there that day.

They showed no respect towards my husband being military, nor us as humans in general. The staff lady who messed up our appointment went and got Dr. Adams and he came out yelling at us and was extremely rude. They obviously do not care about their patients. My mother was excited to become a member, but after seeing our experience, she would never align herself with such a practice.

It was shockingly despicable. This was a year and a half ago, but I am reposting because it seems as if this practice has removed all negative reviews from their google and Facebook pages. I think it is important to warn people so that they do not spend their time and money traveling to this horrendous place.
