My mother had a awful experience. They said they didn't have anyone that there that spoke Spanish, which doesn't seem right to me since especially in a hospital you need to accommodate to any language. When finally someone that spoke spanish talked to her, my mother said they told her they wouldn't help her there if she didnt have a broken bone or something like that. We went to an urgent care instead and they gave her a steroid shot because it was a sort of allergic reaction. My mom is doing better now no thanks to this hospital.

I can't begin to thank the nurses and staff at the hospital ok I was there for severe stomach issues and I was in so much pain crying curled up and everyone would check up on me even the staff asking if they could get me anything if I was ok I never felt alone and I really appreciate all of you. I'm bad with names but Lisa Tracy Quynh are a few names I remember and I'm missing some but I was in a bunch of pain Thank you Thank You Thank You

The cardiac medical team of doctors, nurses is outstanding. They are efficient and very straight forward. They take the time to answer questions and explain every option. We can't thank them enough. They work long hours and do it with a smile. We are so blessed to live in a country with superior medical care.

The only good side from this emergency room is you'll be in and out quickly. The rest of my experience was horrible. When I checked in Saturday night, they only ran a urine test on me and poked me a bit to diagnose me with muscle pain. Once I was diagnosed, they prescribed me cyclobenzaprine. 24 hours later, I was back in the emergency room at well known hospital and was diagnosed with a severe kidney infection. This hospital in comparison performed 6 different tests on me and was able to find the issue in which prescribed the proper medication.

My boyfriend is currently here for an infection that made his face swell immensely. They first couple nurses were awesome but when we came and they told us they had to admit him. Hell. The night staff in particular he told him for hours his throat itched after one of the nasal cleanings only to be told we gave you mouth wash we gave you water. Only when he became frantic did they offer a Benadryl.

His nurses page would go in answered for 10-20 minutes. This past Friday a night nurse did his nasal clean and she didn't know where his infection was or how to even do it properly. He had to show her and again his IV fell out took 15 minutes for them to come back and fix it. He was told around 6pm on Friday after being there for days of his IV falling out because of his skin condition oh radiology can put it higher but they don't work on weekends this hospital is a joke.

Received great help and support from the team of staff during my visit today. Words cannot describe how I felt during the COVID-19 pandemic safety protocols that are put in place. Thank you everyone. Continue with your great job of caring for the sick and the injured!

The Emergency room was the best experience I have ever had in my life . I was the guy with the allergic reaction at 10pm. Thank you for saving my life. The people there are human and treat you like you are human with lots of concern and care. I can tell they are their to help people not just doing a job to see that was amazing. They work 12 hour shifts and to see them bieng so kind at the end of their shift was like they had a real drive and love for their patients.

My boyfriend was here. Had great service from the er to admittance. All the staff he encountered were helpful and friendly. However, every front desk person I encountered ( three people ) were short, curt, unfriendly, and in the last instance very rude. A security guard was at the front desk when I came to pick him up. No greeting or acknowledgment I was there.

I had started to ask him a question " is it OK if I wait for a discharge here" just to be friendly and make my presence there known. He yelled at me to give him a minute. I was shocked to be yelled at like that. So I decided to wait by the wall for my boyfriend. When the guy was done he asked me what I needed and I told him I didn't need help from him.

He then told me if I didn't need his help then I didn't need to be there and pointed to the door. I told him I did need to be there to pick up a discharge and that it was his help I didn't need. I left this hospital so upset at the rude service and encountersthese front desk people. The medical staff was wonderful.wishing tr itickled down to customer service.

Has no experience or ethic trying to save people even with pregnant women. Called in to check if my wife who is pregnant and has covid 19 should go to the ER, got hung up the first time and the second time was like " its up to you".

While the staff are nice, they are extremely unempathetic at the moment for being overwhelmed. There is a lack of communication. I came into the ER recommended by my PCP as an medical emergency with 158/102 high blood pressure and severe abdominal pain. I have no underlying diseases or medical history. My dad had just passed away from a stroke and the doctor profiled me as a drug addicted rather than a person who is obviously grieving.there was a staff miscommunication where I emptied my bladder and they did the scans where they told me I needed my bladders full for a proper scan.

The nurses didnt even scan my abdomen side that was in severe pain. I chugged a bunch of alkaline water bottles when I was waiting for the headache and my pee was clearish. They dismissed me with a follow up appointment and really didnt explain why I have high blood pressure.i guess. I should go home and wait it out.

I never see anything like this. One hour to check-in otherwise we waited and one hour to see the doctor although my daughter crying. If you go there you have to spend four-five hours getting the description and medicine. I left already and get VIP care from UCI HOSPITAL. They have professional staff who take care of us.

I was at Garden Grove Thursday and was so impressed with the nursing staff and team. They are professional, welcoming and care deeply about providing the best care. It's a little gem of a hospital.

I checked in my wife at the ER and she doesn't speak English, I told them that I want to stay with her and the nurse said that's fine but all the sudden they had the security come in to escort me out which understandable due to covid 19 restrictions. But at the check in the reception asked me to sign six times to check my wife in, I asked for a printed copy to be aware of what I'm signing and he refused to give me a printed copy and he acted like he is not going to let me in unless I sign.

The doctor ordered some blood work tests and a hour later NO one showed up even to check on her or even to collect the blood sample. I was on the phone with my wife the entire time and then she wanted to use the bathroom and there was no one to help her or even remove the devices off of her. I had to go see the reception to ask him to send a doctor or a nurse to check on her and take her to the bathroom.

Please do not send your loved ones here and if they are transfer them else were because humans deserve to be treated better that this. I'm so disgusted and disappointed from the ER service.

This facility was so dirty, the nurses acted as if they don't care, if I asked for any assistance, they looked annoyed, I had to raise my voice to get any attention or response. My daughter did not show any improvement and even though I paid $250 for the co-payment, we decided to leave and go to another emergency room. I can't believe that a facility that serves to provide health care is so poorly organized, dirty, has restrooms that badly need repair and is so unkempt can exist during this time. The experience for us was so horrible, this place doesn't even merit one star. I added the star only to be able to post this review.

My grandma was admitted into the Emergency Room today and does not speak any English. I had to translate the entire time for her and notified the nurses and staff multiple times that she did not speak English. They assured me that they would find her a Vietnamese translator if needed, and when I called her later on in the day, she had no idea what was happening to her because no one cared to tell her.

I had to call and find out, and translate it to her after multiple occasions. There was no care for non-English speakers by the staff. Despite it being a hospital in a Vietnamese area, there was no Vietnamese speaking people to help my grandma nor did the staff care to find any. I am truly disgusted at the lack of communication from this hospital to its non-English speaking patients. I could not be there to translate for my grandma due to COVID restrictions, and the hospital staff did not help at all. Shame on you.
