Wish I could give 0 stars! This man did an unnecessary MAJOR surgery on my foot causing me years of pain. My foot will NEVER be the same! I honestly can't believe he's still practicing.

My husband had pain in big toe, doc cut toe nail on one side, ordered a fungal test (which came back negative), suggested deadening nerve root on toe. Went for a second opinion, Dr. Arma Velasquez said to treat it conservative as an ingrown toenail nail and trimmed other side of nail. Pain gone.
