I've spent 3 days trying to set up colonoscopy. Life is too short for "phone tag" I Never got past answer machine.

Terrible experience for my wife who now has to see an oncologist because this staff dismissed her as a number and not a patient who was in excruciating pain. She had a CT scan that didn't detect the cancerous tumor that the ER found immediately. They never called her back (she always had to hunt them down), ordered the wrong blood test after having to be reminded at least 3 times and never implemented some of the recommended procedures.

The nurse that was supposed to help her did nothing and now my wife has to have chemo because these folks didn't do their job. I can't wait to talk to the owner. Don't waste your time at this horrible clinic. Go to Memphis or Tupelo if you have to.

I wish these negative reviews would specify who the attending physician was, that would be very helpful. I cannot say enough good things about Threadgills office and his staff today during my colonoscopy. From start to finish everyone was kind, attentive, and thorough. It was my first colonoscopy so I was a bit nervous in the days leading up to the procedure, but once I got into pre-op every minute that passed put me more and more at ease. Dr. Threadgill has great bedside manner as does his Nurse, Austin. I feel like I am a priority while in their care which isn't something you always encounter in healthcare these days, and for that I thank them.

Absolute terrible experience. I have never experienced such a lack of compassion for a person suffering in my life. They don't answer the phones, they don't return phone calls. They are more concerned with their weekend plans than the well being of their patients. I would not recommend this facility to any person, for any reason, whatsoever.

The visit was very good, nurses and staff were great, Dr Johnson is a great guy and a great Dr very friendly and knowledgeable. However, when u have to call back for any information ie test results you can not talk to anyone, none of the nurses seem to be able to answer the phone, you get voicemails ONLY! Ridiculous! Guess I will never know my results.

I've seen Dr. Bridgers for over ten years and he has been so wonderful to me and my entire family. He is always happy to answer any questions my husband or mom have. His nurse Jessica is lovely and so great whenever I need stuff between appointments. I've also seen Dr. Johnson and Dr. Webb when they're at the hospital and they're amazing.

I have had 2 procedures done and the first procedure went very well but the 2nd colonoscopy went bad. I don't think the staff believed I was in severe pain and was sent next door to the radiologist and x-ray showed nothing. I went 3 weeks and finally they ordered a Cat Scan at the diagnostic center and I had a perforated colon and needed emergency surgery and was septic.

I just wished the staff had listen to me about the severe pain I was in and not just try to get me out of there. I know the pain was severe and was probably disturbing other patients. But just needed to listen to what I was going through. So now I have a colostomy to deal with.

I've had two procedures here - both of which went so smoothly - and was made to feel comfortable and at ease before and after. Diagnosis was quick, yet spot-on. The front desk staff and nurses are great! Although I've only had primary contact with Dr. Bridgers, who is one amazing human being whom really CARES for his patients, I have not heard or read a single negative statement about the rest of the doctoral staff.
