I am a patient of Dr. Moises Hernandez and this is NOT a review of this physician. Dr. Hernandez has been helpful and informative. With the exception of Bonita and Lily in their office (good service), the office staff is truly awful and this has been nearly every time I have called. They are curt, unintelligible and not helpful at all when you need service.

What kind of service? Anything. Long hold times, often hung-up on, and not helpful when calling in for appointments, test results or all around assistance in any manner. I have to leave the physician due to the office staff and unable to deal with them any longer. Again, I did receive efficient service from Bonita and Lily in their office.

This is my first time here. Beautiful office and building. Plenty of parking. Office is located on the second floor and it's the entire floor. As soon as the elevator opens up- you see a gorgeous fish tank and plenty of seating available. They do their best to have everyone separated. It's so big there is no issue. A huge open lobby with like 20 people to register you.

Then you move to a couch and then a nurse calls you for vitals and history. All smooth process very professional and very savvy. Great process in place to get you in and seen.

Even when you get a non-busy signal, when you finally get through all you hear is the hang-up click! Over and over. Worth a try just for a laugh. Don't worry about bothering them: they never answer!

Good doctors. HORRIBLE Support. Phone help doesn't exist for patients. Find another gastro besides these people. Will NEVER see me again.

This applies to the North Miami Beach office. There is a reason that this company has such a low rating. Admin is the worst in every aspect. Front desk people are good and I really like Dr. Felder but anything concerning administration or calling was awful.

Delray office ( HORRIBLE) customer service.unpleasant an obnoxious! I went to see Dr. Maria Christina Hatara, M.D. for pain in my abdomen. She sent me to get an Ultra Sound, after that she sent me to have a MRCP still no DX.I called 2 days later because I never received a call about the results of the MRCP. I called the office and spoke to a lady by the name of Fradaline. RUDE-RUDE- I told her that nobody had called me about my results yet.

She then says did you make your appointment for your MRI? I was flabbergasted. I then asked her did you listen to anything I just said? I'm calling to get the results of my MRCP! She said Oh, we haven't received them. I told her DCA said the results had been sent the day after my appointment and she said NO we don't have them. I then asked to speak to Stacy who seems to be the only competent person in that office and she said NO she is with a patient.

I asked for the Office Manager and she said NO she is with a patient. I asked for the Managers name and she said Romid. I asked to leave her a message then she said Oh, Nakima left you a message on Wednesday about your results. I said, I never received a message from anyone that is why I am calling. Can you please have your Manager call me. 5pm Friday 05/4/2021 and no one called me.

I called that office more then 5 times telling them I was worried and that my symptoms had worsen. A whole week after my MRCP test and NO ONE in that office called me with results or answers. HORRIBLE.

I have worked with many doctors, including gastroenterologists. These people never answer the phone it always directs you to voicemail and they never return calls. My dad spent weeks trying to follow up with his colonoscopy results. Yes, the Dr. maybe goodm, but unfortunately the staff isn't.

If I could have given a Zero stars I would have. This is a chop shop. It is a well oiled machine. As far as the procedure and the people tending to you from the doctors to the nurses, etc. All great. I asked up front how much my co-pay would be and they said X. I paid it and came in for my procedure. A month later I received a bill for $650, when I was told in the pre-screening there was no other out of pocket charges.

I tried to speak to someone to have them explain the charges and I was very kindly told someone would get back to me. No one ever did and I was sent to a collection agency within a month. Once there, no one could help get this off my credit report. It was immediately put on as a charge off! This brings your credit down 100-150 points. If you want ruined credit go for it.

The are very nice. I had them call me after 2 years and I told them of what happened and they were very nice and told me someone from the accounting or finance department would contact me. No one ever did. They talked me into doing a remote consult with a doctor for a follow-up procedure and like a fool, I agreed. I was on the phone with a doctor again very nice. Asks me 5 questions and told me they would schedule me for a colonoscopy.

They never did, probably because of COVID. A week after the call I got a bill for $90. I tried to call to discuss the old matter and the new charge and was told they would get back to me. Again no follow-up. Just now 4 weeks later. I get a call from their collection agency. My credit is now screwed up worse! Unbelievable. And according to the credit repair guy, typically, doctors and hospitals don't report debts to credit bureaus.but these guys do and they are unscrupulous about it. I would stay far away from these people.

Staff is super rude. I made an appointment and they called me the day before to confirm and told me they did not take my insurance, even though I told them my insurance when I made the appointment. I told the lady if they didn't take my insurance I'd have to cancel my appointment and she hung up on me. No customer service skills.

I will be updating my review, here in the office. So far I'm giving my honest opinion. They advise to fill out paper work prior. I registered online and provided information. I printed out paper work prior as the message stated. When I get to the office the receptionist hands me the same paper work why double work. Then the assistant asks the same questions in her assessment. She could review what I wrote.
