My husband went for a cut in his lip that needed 2 stitches. He was told "We don't do nothin for the face" and they sent him on his way. He asked for a place that does work on faves and they told him to Google it.

My NP and my previous Primary Dr were and are amazing, this is the only reason I still go to this office. The staff are rude and act like you are impeding on their day. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous. One time I had to make a same day sick appt with a different Dr and I was at that office for almost 2 hours (while sick as a dog) and still hadnt seen the Dr.

I literally left in tears. Another day I had a "nurse" appt so they could show me how to use and injection(she didnt even know herself), They charged me for a dr visit and would not return my call/question to get that off my bill. Again I love the providers but the billing and office staff are awful

Horrible office. Dr Shelly Justa doesn't take any patient concerns seriously. She is rude and condescending and you end up waiting 45 minutes for her to spend 5 minutes with you. Last time I saw her she literally left the room abruptly after asking me 3 questions and I was left to find my own way out. On top of that they send invoices without full information so that you can't pay online.

You can pay by phone if your free between 8-4 with a lunch break 12-1 even though it's 110 and I'm getting a message that they're still on lunch. So the only payment option is to mail by check which is a horrible inconvenience. I was going to just switch doctors however now I think I'll switch practices I general

The staff are always kind, efficient, and sweet. I had a bad experience with my health insurance one time and the assistant who was checking me in was soothing and encouraging. I'll never forget the way she handled that. Dr Locke and her nurse are very supportive, non-judgemental, and listen to my health concerns. They work with me towards a health goal. I've been a patient for over 5 years.

I have had 5 different primary care doctors in the past few years because they keep leaving. I understand the practice is overwhelmed, but the care I have received over the years has become very depersonalized. I was told I had to choose a new primary care doctor the other day but the process of doing so is very convoluted. The man that called me told me I had to do it online but I signed in to the patient portal and could not find the ability to choose a new one. At this point, I am afraid to choose a new one because they may leave in a year or so like the previous 5 providers. I'd recommend going elsewhere if possible.

There is only ONE receptionist for a very busy office. I have currently been on hold for 30 minutes and still waiting for someone to answer the phone to return THEIR call from yesterday. (This is the Latham daytime Urgent Care) This is completely unacceptable. I feel like they are too cheap to hire the staff they need. The doctor also didn't call in my prescription and I had to call the doctor and then go back to the pharmacy.

I should have just waited until I could see my primary, but wanted to get treated right away for a nasty sinus infection. UPDATE Have now been on hold for one and 1/2 HOURS! I will never use this place again, and am even thinking of changing my primary so as not to be affiliated with this practice. UPDATE 2 HOURS ON HOLD!

2 of my Doctors left this practice and its easy to understand why. I asked for an appointment with a doctor and I was sent to a physician assistant. The PA was not helpful and extremely rude and disrespectful. Then they turn around and send me a bill for office/outpatient visit (when it was literally a 5 min phone call with a PA). What a joke. They don't care about my health or about improving the quality of my life. All they care about is cramming in as many patients as they can into one day and sending out the bills. Truly a sad and pathetic place. DO NOT GO HERE!

Dr Ludwig is one of the best Doctors that I have ever had. Kind, caring, thorough, concerned with my overall well-being, not at all rushed with me and does not treat you like a number. I like that I can sometimes get walk in appointments when necessary, and if they can not fit me in there is Urgent Care right down stairs. I can see the nurse for certain follow up appointments and not have to pay a co-pay.

The nurse I see is Kelly, and she too is fantastic. Thus far, everything I need to do can be done in the same building, which is very convenient. Any time I have an appointment, I get a follow up letter with the results of any tests and further directions. Very happy I switched.

I have been to this Physical Therapy office two different times in the last few years for neck pain and an ankle injury. The therapists I have had are all wonderful. They are friendly, patient and very knowledgeable in their line of work. They take the time to explain everything to you and give you methods on how to continue the therapy at home. My pain had improved greatly and my muscles are stronger because of them. Thank you Amanda, Beth and everyone else at the Latham office! Highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr. Siebeneck before - when you have an issue that needs to be looked at NOW (I have a rash that hasn't gone away) - why should I have to wait until July before I can be seen.

I am probably the easiest person to get along with. So when I tell you that this guy has the personality of a speed bump, believe me. I wanted to ask questions about the different issues I was having and when I did he immediately stopped me and said if you still have questions at the end of the appointment I will address them then. Of course I had questions, he never spoke to me, only to his doting assistant.

If she batted her eyelashes at him again I would have nominated her for an Oscar. As bad as the appt. was I still tried to shake this "Dr.'s" hand at the end of the appt. However, he had already washed his hands and refused to shake mine. When I asked about his findings he gave me the medical terms for the conditions and told me there isn't anything you can do, it's old age. (FYI I'm 48) I had very small area of psoriasis plaques and he said you don't want me to diagnose you with psoriasis for that.uh.yes, I kind of do.

That way I can get treated for it!? Come back in six months. I don't think so. If you value your worth as a human being.don't bother visiting this guy. You won't feel any better about yourself or humanity after.

I had a consultation appointment with Dr. Scott Deckelbaum yesterday in his Delmar office and I have never been to a medical appointment so rushed and dismissive in my entire life. If I could give zero stars I would, but it's not an option. I made this appointment looking for a new dermatologist because I am not pleased with my current dermatologist.

His nurse asked me a few questions, took my medication list and asked me to change into a gown for a skin check. He rushed in like a bat out of hell and talked so fast while doing a skin check with a flashlight. He asked me a couple of questions and was out of there in less than 10 minutes. Wow is all I can say. Medical care is not what it used to be. Doctor's just want to quickly complete your visit and get paid. It's not about patient care any more. The only physician that takes a large amount of time at my appointments is my primary care physician.
