Generations Family Practice - Melanie Mintzer

I have been a patient of Dr. Dawn's for about 15 years with 6 of those years while living in the mountains. I've tried to get her & nurse Chrissy to move up here but since they won't I'll continue to return every 3 months for my check ups. Dr. Dawn knows me, my history and listens to what I have to say. She listens to what I'm saying and doesn't decide she knows what she thinks I'm saying and I really appreciate that. Both of my daughters saw her when they lived in the area and loved her! She's the best.

Dawn is an excellent primary care physician. Anytime I have a concern, she sees me right away and takes her time in carefully explaining in detail my concerns and when I leave there my questions are resolved and I have a peace of mind. She's very caring and compassionate! I'm so happy being her patient!

Knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, efficient, thorough - Doctor Romano G and staff also took care of us with a delightful sense of humor - we actually laughed and enjoyed a health care visit! Compassion and laughter are free medicine to share, yet not always readily available. We are grateful to have found a new health care practitioner who believes in treating her patients and staff as people, not numbers, and her fresh approach to trying new methods - while employing established standard tests set up for quick results - is a relief of mind. We look forward to working with her and her team on our healing. Thank you!

This was the best experience at a doctor's office I've ever had! Dr. Romano was absolutely amazing and thorough and it was the first time I actually felt heard by a physician. So happy I finally found a PCP! And Owen at the Quest lab made the experience even better! He was a bright light with his personality and an absolute angel with the blood draw! Edit: I needed to have something changed with my prescription and left a message today and it was literally handled shortly after. I cannot believe how wonderful and efficient this clinic is! So beyond happy with my choice!

Best physician visit in years! All staff pleasant, professional, and efficient. I am so glad I made the switch; well worth the drive! I saw P.A. S. Gray, and she took constructive time to get me in-processed as a regular patient, and she inspired confidence while doing so. I felt heard, respected, and understood. The nurse who gave me my vaccination was also above and beyond the norm.she was kind and personable, yet completely professional. For the first time in years, I feel like my health is in good hands. I am very relieved, and grateful.

Dr G has been my pcp for several years now and I must say he is excellent. He is attentive and thorough with a complete knowledge and approach to taking care of his patients. I also feel that everyone I have encountered at this practice are professional and friendly. I highly recommend this practice.

All of the staff that I have interacted with at Generations Family Practice have been friendly and caring. I was able to be seen quickly in terms of both appointment scheduling and wait time in the office, which was great. Personally, what was even better was that I didn't feel rushed at all during the appointment. I saw Sarah Gray, PA-C, and it was one of the best medical experiences that I have ever had.

She was so sweet and really took the time to get to know me, my medical history, and the extent of my current concerns. She is one of the most thorough and thoughful medical professionals that I have ever encountered. Not only did she make me feel heard and understood, but she was also very knowledgeable and professional. It is obvious that she cares a lot for her patients, and she does an excellent job at creating a plan of action for getting one on the road to better health and recovery. I'm beyond happy and absolutely grateful to have her as my PCP!

I was charged over $150 dollars to not receive a referral, not a receive a follow-up phone call as promised, and to not receive any response to several messages sent to this provider. They also uploaded extremely unprofessional documents to my health portal (see attached). I would not recommend this PCP to anyone recovering from an eating disorder or anyone looking for quality service.

I like this Doctors' office a lot. I am able to get an appointment with a reasonable notice and I do not sit forever waiting in the waiting room. They do tele health visits and are flexible and accommodating and pleasant to work with. My son and I both go to different doctors at this office. They have been a very positive experience for both of us. The nurses and staff are all pleasant and helpful.
