Two women who work there are super nice, the lady who adjusts my eyeglasses and the woman doctor who does my eye exams. The women behind the desk are pretty neutral and always helpful. There's this one woman there who I find very rude, she always has a rude annoyed tone to her voice whenever dealing with me. She makes it painful to go there. I've been going there since I was a kid but dang she makes it a gross experience every time I have to interact with her.
I don't know why she's that way to me. She talks down to me like I'm 14 and she seems deeply unhappy with her job. Maybe she's just rude to everyone. I don't know but genuinely her whole vibe is very off putting. Also, today I missed my appointment (complete accident, these things happen). I asked this rude woman at the desk (via phone call) if I could still make it there but I'd be late, and she said "No. that's ~not~ okay." Look, lady, mistakes happen but honestly that is so rude.
